What an interesting pair they make!

Yesterday, Meg Ryan was spotted visiting the Whitney Museum of American Art in NYC on the arm of John Mellencamp.

Seeing as John just recently announced his divorce, perhaps this could be the start of a new little ditty.

After recently announcing the separation from his wife of 18 years, it's been discovered that John Mellencamp is dating Meg Ryan.

The two have been quietly dating for about seven weeks, while spending time in Martha's Vineyard and New York City.

Meg and John were recently spotted at Espresso Love, one of her favorite spots on the Vineyard.

"She usually comes in by herself or with her daughter. I thought that was her husband because they seemed for comfortable and familiar with each other, just like an old married couple," said a witness.

Actress Meg Ryan has been spotted backstage at a couple of the rock star's US tour dates recently, but here comes the scandal…

Back in October the pair were seen walking arm-in-arm in New York City!

Could Meg have been the deciding factor for John's split with his wife?

Word also has it that Meg is part of John's new collaboration with producer T Bone Burnett on a musical Ghost Brothers of Darkling County and she was voicing one of the characters.

Maybe this is just an innocent friendship and maybe that friendship has a few benefits, but we guess only time will tell.

Wow! They've compiled quite the cast!

Meg Ryan, John Lithgow, 50 Cent, Kat Dennings, and Kevin Zegers have reportedly signed on to writer/director Chris Rossi's ensemble film Lives of the Saints, which will reportedly focus on a variety of people in Los Angeles attempting to come to terms with past mistakes.

Production kicks off on November 13th.

We suppose that she looks pretty normal here - at least for her standards!

Meg Ryan was spotted at the Metropolitan Opera last night for the production of Das Rheingold last night, and her face didn't look nearly as HOrrific as it usually does!

We still can't believe that such a naturally lovely woman would get that much busted plastic surgery! It's pretty unfortunate!
