Megan Fox lost all her baby in only five months after giving birth.
Sure, she didn't get too incredibly huge during her pregnancy, but still, five months isn't a lot of time!
So, what's the secret to her healthy, rapid weight loss??
It's nice to see Brian Autstin Green grocery shopping like the rest of us, and it's especially nice when we know he's doing it for his very preggers wife, Megan Fox!
We wonder if he's got any weird craving items in there — like chocolate covered pickles or something! Or, better yet: a ton of baguettes!

Kim Kardashian has been working out like crazy ever since she found out she was pregnant with Kanye West's baby, and while she's been busy trying to keep her kurves to a minimum, she has also been eating well.
The queen of E! took to her blog on Monday to reveal that she's been sticking to a well-balanced diet because she's eating for two.

Here's something mind-blowing that you might not know: Megan Fox didn't bounce back into incredible shape after having a baby because of working out. In fact, she says her body is still 'too fragile' to hit the gym!
So how has she lost 13 of the 23 pounds she gained while cooking a bun in her oven?
It seemed like Megan Fox immediately snapped back to her normal weight after giving birth to her baby, Noah.
She apparently hasn't even been working out since the baby!
"I didn’t do that much [working out] because after you have a baby, it’s very difficult to work out and I wouldn’t recommend it, I should have pre-endorsed some sort of workout something, so that I could be selling it now!"
