Could the Olsen Twins be coming to Melrose Place??
Mary-Kate and Ashley were spotted checking out a vacant store along the famed West Hollywood street on Wednesday, so naturally, we must leap to the conclusion that they intend to open The Row in the area soon!
They both wore formal attire suitable for talking business, and surely confused their real estate agent by donning identical sunglasses.
However, since we are experts on telling the two apart, we can positively ID the one in the dark jacket as Mary-Kate and the one in the white blouse as Ashley.

How horrific and awful.
Actress Amy Locane, who starred in Melrose Place and Cry-Baby, has been charged with second-degree vehicular homicide and third-degree assault after she killed someone in a drunk-driving accident in New Jersey last night.
Locane reportedly drank several glasses of wine before getting behind the wheel and plowing into the passenger side of another car, killing the woman in the passenger seat and seriously injuring the driver.
She's currently being held on $50,000 bail.
Our condolences go out to the families who have been affected by this tragedy.
Ends up on Twitter!
With a Disney pop Princess on his left and a soon-to-be unemployed CW star on his right, Cory Monteith sure looks pretty happy on the set of his new movie, Monte Carlo.
He, Selena Gomez and Katie Cassidy are hopefully having a good time filming in Hungary!
Well, not too good of a time. Selena is the shoe in to replace Miz Hannah Montana as reigning Disney queen teen. Can't mess that up now when she is so close!
Behave, Miz Gomez!
We mentioned months ago that rumors were circulating about the possible cancellation of Melrose Place.
And it's finally happened!
The CW's attempt to revive Melrose Place is finally over. Though surprisingly One Tree Hill has been picked up again.
Seriously, who still watches that show?
Also picked up was Life Unexpected.
Are U going to miss Melrose Place? Probably not.
Rest easy, Smallville fans!
The CW show will be back this fall for its 10th season despite not being among the first shows announced for renewal.
Smallville is still performing well, especially in the men 18-34 and men 18-49 demographics.
The CW has already picked up The Vampire Diaries, Gossip Girl, 90120, Supernatural and America's Next Top Model for another season, but the futures of One Tree Hill, Life Unexpected and Melrose Place are still uncertain.
We hear Melrose shouldn't be holding its breath!

Even getting rid of their worst actress couldn't save their show!
The network could only put up with it's poor ratings for so long.
They're dropping like flies in the 90210 zip code!
A source explains Rob's exit, who played Principal Harry Wilson, saying: "The producers, the studio and Rob came to the conclusion together that his role had ran its course. There just wasn’t enough for Rob to do because the show is more about the kids."
And apparently that's where the execs are putting all their money. The source continues:
"Rob’s an expensive actor and wants to be challenged and it became increasingly clear that most of the penny lifting was going to the younger cast members of the show, who Rob adores. He’s absolutely leaving the show on good terms."
But according to another source, that's not the case.
The second source reveals:
"Rob’s not happy about it all. Basically they couldn’t agree on money and that’s all it comes down to. Rob’s an experienced actor and feels he deserves to be compensated accordingly, but the CW just want to cut costs and they want to reward all these young, hot, up and coming, and therefore cheaper, actors and actresses instead."
Hear that AnnaLynne? You're cheap!
Continuing to take a dig at the actor, source #2 says Rob really needed the money.
