If you thought that old love triangle between Heather Locklear, Denise Richards and Richie Sambora was STILL going on, think again!

After Richards and Sambora decided to make things work one more time, Locklear has nothin’ but love to send to the couple!

Denise Richards is getting serious with Richie Sambora on their second shot at love.

The single mother of three flew her brood to Hawaii on Sunday to meet up with her beau, along with his teenage daughter, Ava!

They appear pretty close too considering they traded tweets about their vacation on Saturday and both seemed pumped to spend Spring Break in the tropical paradise together.

Slowly but surely, the identities of some of the new contestants coming up on the next season of Dancing With The Stars are being revealed!

According to sources close to production of the reality competition, you should expect to see Sherri Shepherd from The View, Little House on the Prairie star Melissa Gilbert, and Melrose Place actor Jack Wagner, who is also well-known for being Heather Locklear's ex - you know, the one who got into that fight with her in December which led to that infamous 911 phone call!

Since her hospitalization, Heather Locklear's rehab status has been in constant flux.

Now it seems like she will NOT check herself into a clinic anytime soon.

Heather has resumed her ongoing sobriety program she was on before her split from Jack Wagner.

Last week, we heard rumors that Heather Locklear was heading back to rehab following her split with Jack Wagner.

Then yesterday, we were hearing that Heather would NOT be checking into rehab, even though her family desperately wants her to go!

Oh No!! Just what Heather Locklear needs right now.. MORE drama!!

Even though neither she nor Jack Wagner wanted to press charges after their physical showdown, the police still sent the report in to the City Attorney.

And they think they need a lil more info before they decide whether or not to press criminal battery charges!!

According to one member of the LAPD

Try to make her go to rehab, she says NO NO NO!

Heather Locklear is stubborn as a mule when it comes to rehab. The actress refuses to check into a facility despite pleads from her family and friends.

Her parents especially are urging Heather to go to rehab after her hospital stint. The family want her to attend UCLA's Medical Center.

But she's not having any of this rehab talk!
