We probably would be too!

Although Madonna is no stranger to controversy, she didn't need this seemingly random and inappropriate moment during her act. It was going to be the most watched NFl halftime show ever with or without M.I.A. flipping an angry bird to the camera.

Apparently, Madonna isn't happy about the incident and had no idea the rapper was going to do it, as a source has said:

"M.I.A. did nothing similar in rehearsals. Nobody knew she was going to pull this stunt. Madonna wanted to put on a world-beating performance. But everyone ended up talking about this girl's middle finger."

Madonna attracted more viewers to this show than any artist has in the history of its existence, but instead, everyone is focused on a finger. M.I.A. would have been better off trying to kiss Madge on the lips instead. Ha!

M.I.A. has apparently split from her billionaire boyfriend and baby daddy — Benjamin Bronfman.

And the split might just now be coming out! Benji currently spends his time in New York while M.I.A. spends her in London.

Okay, SURELY by now all of U are well aware that M.I.A. flipped a camera off in the middle of the Super Bowl halftime show — causing such a shizstorm!!

The Parents Television Council has demanded punishment for the televised shenanigans, and they sound super serious about it!!

The organization calls BS on both NBC and the NFL in their statement which reads:

We knew there were tons of angry parents out there, crying over the lost innocence of their children after M.I.A. flipped the bird during the Super Bowl halftime show.

And yep! Sure enough, The Parents Television Council have come together to demand punishment for the middle finger.

We're still recovering from all of our excitement in last night's Super Bowl halftime show!! Madonna was ah-mazing!!

And M.I.A.?? She pissed a lot of people off!!

Not as scandalous as Janet Jackson, she flipped the camera off during the halftime show. Something she hadn't done in rehearsal (obvs)…

So, as the angry phone calls pour in, the NFL and NBC have both issued apologies:

During the Super Bowl halftime show with Madonna, the camera cut to M.I.A. where it's pretty clear to us that she flips off the camera during her performance!!

Gasp!! That's a big no-no!!! Sure, of course we chuckled, but still, we were a little taken aback by the gesture!

LOLz, who are we kidding? No, we weren't! It's M.I.A.! We wouldn't expect anything less!
