Yesterday, we learned that Catherine Zeta-Jones checked into a 30 day program for treatment for her Bipolar disorder, and while this might be really hard on her, she's reluctant to not be facing her struggle alone!!

The Side Effects actress has been married to her hubby, Michael Douglas for the last 12 years, and fortunately for her, he's holding her hand every step of the way.

Aww!! We hope everything is OK!!

Catherine Zeta-Jones just checked into a treatment center to begin a 30-day program designed to help with her Bipolar disorder!

Sources close to the 43-year-old actress swear she entered treatment as a proactive measure, insisting this is just regular "maintenance"!!

Michael Douglas's lovely wife spoke very publicly about her mental health issues before, but recently revealed she was "sick of talking about [them]" and never intended to be the poster child for Bipolar disorder!!

The High Fidelity star also checked into a treatment center back in 2011 for similar reasons!

We applaud CZJ for being so proactive!! Hopefully she gets the assistance she needs!

Last week, rumors sparked that Michael Douglas and Catherine Zeta-Jones had gone splitsville, but that gossip was a whole bunch of hooey 'cuz the couple looks stronger than ever!!

The lovebirds were spotted holding hands outside of Madison Square Garden after they watched the New York Knicks take on the Miami Heat yesterday, and we honestly don't think Michael and Catherine could have apparently been breaking up.

Like seriously, they have been married for 12 years. Plus, they're way too cute to not be together as one!!

She's actually quite the opposite!

Catherine Zeta-Jones' family has been dealing with different health issues recently, and, now, she's opening up about them.

For instance, she discusses how her husband Michael Douglas, 67, said he had throat cancer back in 2010. Then, they experienced more complications when they revealed their son has "special needs," and more recently, Catherine herself underwent treatment for bipolar disorder.

She said:

Michael Douglas is going to do a PSA for the Oral Cancer Foundation to try and educate the public about the necessity of annual screenings.

The earlier oral cancer is caught, the more survivable it is, with stage one cancer at an 80 to 90% survivable rate.

About 40,000 people in the U.S. will be diagnosed with oral cancer in 2012.

A really, really worthy cause.

It's no wonder it's starting to take off — and more and more celebs are joining Michelle Obama's campaign to help those vets!

Michael Douglas was enjoying some down time on vacation the other day and decided to hit the golf course!

He's looking a little thin, but hey, he looks really good regardless!

Except for maybe those socks… but hey, who are we to judge in case those are his lucky hole-in-one socks??
