Are we seeing double?
During Sunday's Super Bowl event, Beyoncé totally KILLED it during her collaborative halftime performance with Coldplay. However, for a portion of the show, we couldn't help but shake the feeling that we knew Queen Bey's outfit from somewhere.
Then, it hit us! The Formation singer was totally channeling Michael Jackson for Sunday's show stopping number.
In case you forgot, Jay Z's lady's black and gold, form fitting number with amo-style embellishments on the chest is almost identical to the late King of Pop's costume from his 1993 Dangerous world tour. Faboosh!
In fact, a getup isn't the only thing that connects these two industry icons as Pepsi also sponsored both M.J.'s famous tour and the MAJOR halftime event. Hmm, very inneresting!
While both SLAYED, we need to ask…

On Friday, it was revealed that Michael Jackson's daughter isn't too happy with the way she's been treated by her followers on the picture sharing site. In fact, the starlet has expressed feelings of being "ripped to shreds daily." Oh no!
However, it appears the King of Pop's flesh-and-blood is not worried about taking on her haters as she recently posted a VERY lengthy rant about the ridiculous expectations that are put on her by strangers.
On one of her pictures, she reportedly wrote:
Stacey Dash Applauds Controversial Casting Choice Of Joseph Fiennes To Play Michael Jackson — Shocker!
Stacey Dash is at it again!
After sparking controversy for her opinions on Black History Month and the BET channel, the Clueless alum has decided to weigh in on the highly talked about decision to cast Joseph Fiennes as Michael Jackson in a new special.
In regards to the controversial casting choice, the Fox starlet took to her blog and wrote:
Kanye West Goes Back On Statement That Waves Is 'The Best Album Of All Time' — See His Humble Reasoning HERE!
This is a bit surprising.
Well it seems that West must have had a slice of humble pie last night as he took to Twitter and backtracked on his statement by explaining what he REALLY meant.
Wanting to honor other great musicians, Kanye tweeted:
Michael Jackson Told Oprah The Idea Of A White Actor Portraying Him Was 'Ridiculous' & 'Horrifying'! Watch The 1993 Interview Clip!
After it was reported that Joseph Fiennes would be playing Michael Jackson in an upcoming British TV movie, many critics found the casting choice a perfect example of the entertainment industry's lack of minority representation!
The Shakespeare In Love actor claimed due to Jackson's skin pigmentation, casting a white guy to play the King of Pop in the 9/11 road trip comedy Elizabeth, Michael, and Marlon wasn't a big deal, explaining:
"He was probably closer to my color than his original color."
But the late music legend was always against the prospect of a white actor playing him on the screen, telling Oprah Winfrey back in 1993 that the idea was "ridiculous."
In the clip, which has resurfaced on the internet in the wake of the casting controversy, Oprah asked MJ about the rumors in which he reportedly requested a young white actor to play him in a Pepsi commercial!
The Billie Jean singer blasted the reports, saying:
Joseph Fiennes Says He's Just 'As Shocked As You' That He's Playing Michael Jackson! And See What He Said About His & MJ's Skin Color!
Earlier this week, Joseph Fiennes made headlines after it was reported the actor will be portraying Michael Jackson in an upcoming British TV movie.
Fans of the King of Pop were a bit surprised to find out that a white British guy would be playing MJ, and Fiennes himself admits:
"I'm a white, middle-class guy from London. I'm as shocked as you may be."
The 9/11 road trip movie Elizabeth, Michael, and Marlon is a "light tongue-and-cheek look" at an urban legend that appeared in a May 2011 Vanity Fair article.
The story takes place right before September 11, 2001, when Marlon Brando, Elizabeth Taylor, and the Thriller singer were
Charlie Hunnam Is Playing A Mexican Drug Lord — And Twitter Isn't Happy About It! Find Out What People Are Saying!
Since the #OscarsSoWhite controversy ignited this month, tons celebs have started a dialogue about the lack of diversity in Hollywood.
And this discussion couldn't come at a worse time for Charlie Hunnam, who was just cast to play a Mexican-American drug lord in an upcoming biopic!
The Sons Of Anarchy star will take on the lead role in American Drug Lord, based on the life of Edgar Valdez Villarreal.
Often known as "La Barbie" due to his light skin, blue eyes, and blond hair, the Texas native went on to become the only U.S. citizen to possess a leadership position in the Mexican drug cartel!
But Twitter isn't too happy about the British hunk playing someone of Mexican descent — understandably so, since we're at a point where stars feel the need to protest award shows for not properly representing minority talent.
Even though Valdez Villarreal was known for his blue eyes and blonde hair, social media thinks the studio should have cast, well, NOT a British white dude to play a Mexican character!
