He got a lucky break!

It's no secret that Michael Jackson has had major money trouble for years now. Things have gotten so bad recently that his Neverland Ranch has gone into foreclosure and was expected to be sold at auction this week.

Well, someone has just swooped in and saved the 2,700 acre property from being snatched up.

Unlike the majority of Americans in the mortgage crisis, Wacko was saved after an investment firm, Colony Capital, paid the outstanding balance on the property.

In a press release, Jackson said he was in discussions with Colony and its founder, Tom Barrack Jr., "with regard to the ranch and other matters."

Colony, a Los Angeles-based firm, is "very comfortable" holding the loan while it negotiates payment terms, a person familiar with the situation said.

Uh huh! Nothing comes from free!

Something's gotta give!

Why does Wacko even care about Neverland at this point???

The former singer's Encino property is facing foreclosure!

A Notice of Trustee’s Sale dated April 11th details that the singer’s three-bedroom, three-bathroom property was scheduled to be sold at a public auction on May 5 at 10:30 a.m. if the alleged child molester failed to pay the balance he owes on the property.

How much does MJ owe???

Exactly $414,806.66!

But Jackson’s camp says he is now caught up on his payments. “The property has been paid and is no longer in foreclosure,” says a rep for Wacko.

Saved again. For now.

How much longer until the cookie crumbles?????

The Jacksons must really be hard up for cash!

As we mentioned earlier this month, The Jacksons are set to move into a compound near Devon, on England's south coast.

Now reports are surfacing that the reason for the move is to film an "Osbourne" type of reality TV show.

The Jacksons have booked a five bedroom, holiday home in Appledor, on the North Devon coast, and have continued to tell friends they are looking to permanently move into the area.

The show will center around Tito Jackson based at the house, while other family members fly in, including Jermaine, Janet, Michael, and the parents.

Yeah, right. Tito will be lucky if LaToya shows up!

Matt Fiddes, the individual who brokered the deal, said "They can't wait to get here. They love North Devon and they'll be moving into the rented house during the first week of May. The brothers want to live here permanently. They get no hassle from the locals and they've been blown away by the peace and beauty of the area when they've stayed with me."

Fiddes then adds, "The TV people will follow them from California to Appledore and make a documentary on how they settle in. It will be modelled on the Osbournes show but with a completely different setting. Tito will be based in Appledore throughout and we know that his parents, Jermaine and Janet will all be dropping in. With Michael, you never know. He doesn't say too much. But I'll be very surprised if he doesn't show up too."

Even more interesting is when Fiddes says, "There are plans for a Jackson brothers re-union tour and I'll be helping them train them for that."

This guy sure likes to talk a lot!

By some miracle of God, Michael Jackson has refinanced his Neverland ranch in time to save it from a public auction that was scheduled for later this month.

Who would agree to refinance with Wacko??? Bitch is gonna default within months!

An auction date had been set for March 19th because of $24.5 million M.J. owed on the 2,500-acre spread northwest of Santa Barbara.

Jackson attorney L. Londell McMillan said on Thursday that the washed up star has worked out a "confidential" agreement with Fortress Investment Group, LLC.

"Neverland and MJ are fine," McMillan said.

According to reports, the Jacksons are going to build a family compound in Devon, on England's south coast.

Tito Jackson made offers on two properties just this past weekend! Tito!

Tito states, "It makes sense for me to find a home in this country that I, my brothers and sisters, and family can come to. We hope it will be a family hideaway where my brothers and sisters can escape the media attention when we need to."

A friend of the family adds, “It’s definitely going to happen. Tito spoke with Michael on the phone the other night and all the family are certain that this is the area where they want to find a UK family hideaway."
