Law enforcement sources say Lindsay Lohan's father — who is supposedly on heart medication — was at a Florida Department of Children and Families office when he broke into a sweat and was experiencing chest pains.
To top it off, Lohan is due in court today where a custody decision will be made on behalf of the two children he shares with ex Kate Major – Landon and Logan.
Doctors are determining whether or not the episode was in fact a heart attack.
All in all, not the best
month day for poppa Lohan.

Another day, another twist in the insane saga of Michael Lohan and Kate Major.
Just a week after the couple lost custody of their two young boys, Michael accused Kate of cheating on him while she was in rehab for alcoholism. The allegation comes on the heels of Lohan claiming Major also burglarized their home in Florida.
In true M.L. fashion, the father of two took to Facebook to air his theory that Kate cheated and the post is quite juicy. Check out Mike's hashtag filled message (below)!
Michael Lohan is having a pretty bad week, but he has one less thing to worry about now.
We previously reported he and his estranged wife Kate Major both lost full custody of their two kids when Child Protective Services uncovered footage of the two parents having an intense argument in front of their children.
Well, it turns out that the 32-year-old told CPS that Michael choked her during their fight and even slapped their son in the face.
It was revealed on Wednesday that the police have actually cleared him of any child abuse charges after having watched the video and not seen any evidence of it. Lindsay Lohan's dad also reportedly provided them with audio of Kate confirming he never hit their child.
Though it's also being reported that his second wife called the cops on Monday when Michael unexpectedly showed up at her home.
There's SO much drama with these two!
We hope they can move past all of this and put their children's well being first.

Can't say we didn't see this one coming.
Following months of 911 calls and contentious fights in front of their two young boys, Kate Major and Michael Lohan have officially lost full custody of Landon and Logan.
The babies, aged two and ten months, were handed over who Michael's mother after she was awarded temporary guardianship.
Lohan's mom, who lives in New York, will care for the kiddos and a Child Protective Services monitor must be present during the parents visits.
If this legal turn of events doesn't wake up the couple to their problems, we don't know what will.

Things have gotten ugly!
As we previously reported, Michael Lohan and his estranged wife Kate Major lost custody of their two children, Landon and Logan, after Child Protective Services obtained a video of the two having an intense fight in the kiddos presence. Yikes!
However, Lindsay Lohan's poppa is now claiming that this whole crazy situation is all because his wife set him up. Say it ain't so!
Michael noted about Miz Major:
What a terrible situation all around.
According to sources, Michael Lohan and Kate Major lost custody of their two young children, Landon and Logan, after Child Protective Services obtained a video of the two have a CRAZY argument in the kiddos presence.
Yikes! What makes this news worse is that this isn't the first time something like this has happened. Over the years there have been a few 911 calls made from the couple's Florida home while the children were present.
Unfortunately, the babies spent a night in foster care before Mike's mother made the trip from Long Island to retrieve her grandchildren. As of now, the boys remain in their grandmother's care and insiders add that the struggling parents may only see their kids in the presence of Lohan's mom.
On Tuesday a Florida court will decide what to do next about this tragic situation. Hopefully the troubled pair will be able to clean up their act for the kids.
