Not AGAIN?!

Poor thing!

In a phone conversation recorded between Dina Lohan and the despicable Michael, Orange Oprah reveals that Lindsay was dating Heath Ledger before he died and has valid concerns for the safety of her daughter and her bleak future.

"And she was dating Heath when he died," Dina said. "I don't know if you know that, but I know cause I would drop her off and they were friends very, very close, ok?"

His death was a terrible shock and devastated Lindsay! This worried the family about her own actions.

"Because when she's drunk or takes an Adderall with it she will do something like Heath Ledger did in a second without thinking," continued Dina.

In the conversation, it becomes apparent how desperate Lindsay's situation has become.

"She cannot be alone," said momma Lohan to Michael. "When she sleeps here she sleeps with me… she has fears from being little and what you did to us."

And she defends former assistant/manager Jenni Muro as being someone who is attempting to save LiLo! The actress needed someone with her at all times to control her or she would go off the deep end.

Of course, the entire family is concerned about LezLo's tumultuous relationship with saMAN and realized that her daughter can't just walk away.

"It's very easy for a rational person to say. But for an irrational person who has a problem with her DNA and alcohol and Adderall and asthma and every other things she's got wrong with her," Dina revealed.

The betrayal is tragic!

Poor La Loca. The trainwreck known as Lindsanity was spotted Sunday night leaving a restaurant in Beverly Hills with a gal pal.

With every day that passes by, Lindz seems to look less and less like herself.

Seriously, who's that chick in the passenger seat with the peroxide bleached hair?

We're guessing the added stress of having dad Michael Lohan release taped, personal conversations doesn't really help any.

But Lindsay, really, maybe it's time you went back to rehab?

We don't believe THAT for a second.

Michael Lohan has taken to his Twitter to defend his recent and despicable actions in releasing private messages and conversations between he and his daughter, Lindsay Lohan, ex-wife Dina Lohan and Lindsay's former assistant/manager, Jenni Muro.

He must be feeling the backlash from everyone as he's trying to paint himself as the good guy in the situation.

He Tweets:

"ALL of my recordings were taped in NY - where it's completely legal to record phone conversations. There will be more to come!"

"@lindsaylohan The day when your getting treatment and the rehab you need, is the day I shut my mouth. your not dying on my watch. I love you too much to just sit here & witness all this go down. I never got. DIME For the recordings/interviews CONTRARY to other reports."

"BTW I HAVE A JOB!! losers"

"her mother, siblings, assistant, & even friends are coming forword expressing to me their concern for linds, yet are doing NOTHING cuz they KNOW I will speak out, I speak the truth! I've NEVER lied to my family/public the way others are doing."

Michael, just because the recordings are legal doesn't make it right! You're humiliating Lindsay instead of helping her!

What is your job anyway? Besides selling out your daughter?

And you ARE a bad father! We can't imagine any parent doing this to their own flesh and blood. Don't release any more tapes!

Michael Lohan released a tape of daughter Lindsay Lohan's ex-assistant, Jenni Muro, in a major confrontation with the deadbeat dad about Lindsay being in "grave danger."

Muro is outraged at Michael's decision to release the tape saying that it was a total violation of hers and Lindsay's privacy. Now she plans to send Michael a cease and desist letter for secretly taping the conversation.

Muro also said that his releasing the tape was "way beyond low" and that it was edited and taken out of context, which comes as no surprise to anyone really.

We can think of much harsher descriptions that "way beyond low" for Michael Lohan, but we agree with Muro.

You're a real scumbag, Mike and you should be SO ashamed of yourself!

Michael Lohan unleashed another selfish attempt at helping humiliating his daughter and urging her to get her life together!

Pathetic!

The newest recorded-without-consent conversation is with Linsday's assistant, Jenni Muro, as she angrily voices her concerns and frustrations regarding her 24/7 job of keeping La Loca alive!

"I am trying to save your daughter's life every day," said Jenni in the taped discussion with Michael.

She expresses her fears about Lindsay's fragile state and her obsessive and unhealthy relationship with saMAN, who was the actress' "absolute addiction." Jenni even debated quitting her job to avoid tragedy and "because I don't want it on my watch either."

Muro is disgusted by having to relocate to NYC and give up her life for Lindsay's role on Ugly Betty because she feared for her employer's safety!

"I get a 5% commission on this entire TV show and it's sick and disgusting and I'm here and I give up my boyfriend and my dog and my parents and my new place in LA and everything so that your daughter doesn't kill herself, ok?"

Yikes!

The only thing La Loca needs more than rehab, is a good lawyer!

Eff you, Michael Lohan!

Turns out the tapes Michael Lohan released to the media last week of a distressed Lindsay were intended to bring in $$$$$ for Papa Lohan!

Lohan allegedly "demanded" $100,000 while shopping around the taped convos to multiple media outlets, but eventually settled with giving them for free… in exchange for a paid interview with the site. That's like when celebs get paid for photos but don't get paid to "blab" Makes no sense!

What a caring father.

There's nothing we hate more than self righteousness, but Michael Lohan, you take the cake!

After releasing private tapes of concern and suffering from daughter Lindsay and ex-wife Dina, Poppa Lohan continues to drag his family through the mud in the name of God!

Lindsanity took to her Twitter yesterday to discredit her father with some serious allegations including the fact that he cheated on her mother, threatened to kill her and abused substances.

And Michael has never been one to hold back!

He responds:

"That's a lie. I guess Lindsay is on more drugs than I thought to say something like that. Now I'm going to release more recordings that prove everything she is saying is nothing more than a bunch of lies. No wonder why God is taking her entire career away from her. Because she's forsaken everything He's given her and she's done nothing but misuse all the gifts she's given."

Can't Lindsay's legal camp put a cease and desist order against Michael's God?!

His logic is truly disturbing!

It's just another day in the life of Poppa Lohan.

Once again Mike is opening his trap in a new interview about Lindsay's recent Twitter attack on her father about those audio recordings he's released saying she's "grasping at straws and when she gets angry she lashes out."

Umm, can you blame her? You released personal conversations and what use to be private recordings of your family!

But the douchebag dad is defending his actions (of course) and only did it because he wants her to go to rehab.

Believe it or not there's other ways of getting your daughter into rehab that doesn't involve the media!

Unfortunately for us and Lindsay, Michael is so "upset" about his daughter calling him out, the media whore is planning to relea$e everything including texts of what a great father he is and all the other bullshit he's making up.

Michael does own up to Lindsay's accusations of him doing drugs: "I got my life back on track and I want her to get her life back on track."

And what is it exactly that you do, Michael? Constantly exposing your family isn't exactly what he would call "getting your life back on track".

What's not surprising is neither Lindsay or Dina have been in contact with him. And it'll probably stay that way, unless it involves a lawyer.

We really hope Lindsay's legal team is working over time to keep this deadbeat father from running to the media. The world would be better off if this guy had a gag order placed on him!

It's going to end up being the trial of the century month!

Jon Gosselin's upcoming court showdown with TLC is sure to be an event Jon will never forget!

This morning, the court approved the network's list of key witnesses in the case against Jon. Among the names approved to be questioned are girlfriend Hailey Glassman, Jon's bodyguard Thomas Meinelt (HE has a bodyguard?), his lawyers Michael Heller and Mark Heller, his former butt-buddy Michael Lohan and Jon's rep Matthew Kirschner.

It's gonna be like an effin soap opera in there!

TLC's law firm, Williams & Connolly, is known to be fierce in the courtroom and is reportedly hellbent on determining every source of Jon's income. They are ready to give him the smackdown for allegedly being in breach of his contract.

The news that the Hellers will participate as witnesses means that they won't be defending Jon in trial, which begs the question of what low-life lawyer will he get now?!

Of course, everyone will want to know what Homewrecking Hailey and Poppa Lohan will have to say for themselves, but we're more interested to hear from Thomas Meinelt. Tommy was once a photog that Jon then hired to be his bodyguard! Sources say that his testimony will give the most insight into Jon's financial and personal affairs and he will face the more "intense questioning during deposition."

All they need is Kate Gosselin to show up at the end screaming she is pregnant with their 9th child and this has the makings of the best episode of All My Children EVER!
