Michael Urie From Ugly Betty Now Has Partners! First Look At His New CBS Show!

First the awesomeness that looks to be The New Normal and now this?!

Network television is getting a whole lot gayer come the Fall, and frankly, it looks pretty RAD!

Ch-ch-check out a first look at the new CBS comedy Partners, from the creators of Will & Grace and stars Ugly Betty's Michael Urie and David Krumholtz as two childhood friends, one gay and one straight, who have grown up to be business associates and basically life-mates, despite both being in relationships…with Sophia Bush and Brandon Routh, respectively (above)!

Yes - you heard us correctly.

Superman is playing Michael Urie's BOYFRIEND!

We don't know about you, but HOMOliciousness aside, this actually looks like it has a lot of potential!

Michael Urie Lands Role Opposite Sophia Bush On New Pilot By Will & Grace Creators

Yay! It's your year buddy!

Shortly after he finishes up his run in How To Succeed In Business Without Really Trying, Michael Urie will leave the Great White Way to head back to Tinseltown, since he's been cast in the CBS’ half-hour pilot Partners. From the masterminds of Will & Grace Max Mutchick and David Kohan comes about two guys - one straight and one gay (that's Mike!) - who are lifelong friends and business partners. While we haven't heard yet who will play the straight, his fiance has also just been cast: Sophia Bush!

Loves her!

Congrats to you, Mike! It's a great role for you and we have no doubt the show will take off!

Michael Urie Knows Nothing About Nick Jonas

Thank goodness they have the next six months together to get better aquainted.

If you haven't heard by now, Nick Jonas just started his run on Broadway in How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying. Joining the cast alongside him is Ugly Betty star Michael Urie. In fact, the pair have spent the last threes together in rehearsals, working very closely.

Unfortunately, it seems that Michael still has a lot to learn about the young JoBro. Check out the video (above) to see what we mean!

First Look! Nick Jonas - Bow Tie & All - Behind The Scenes Of How To Succeed In Business…

It's a good look for him, that bow tie we mean!

As of this week, Nick Jonas will be officially replacing Darren Criss as J. Pierpont Finch in the Broadway revival of How To Succeed In Business Without Really Trying!

For those of you who won't be making it into the city for his opening night, here is a pretty spectacular behind-the-scenes look at his first stage rehearsals for the show! (above)

Oh, and another plus — Michael Urie is starting with the production this week too! He's also in the video talking about joining the show and how excited he is!

Can't wait to get to New York to see it!

Michael Urie To Make His Broadway Debut In How To Succeed…

This show is making way for even more great stars!

Michael Urie, best known for his work on Ugly Betty, is poised to make his Broadway debut this January in How To Succeed In Business Without Really Trying. Joining the show alongside Nick Jonas and Beau Bridges, Michael will play Bud Frump beginning Tuesday, January 24. His run will last six months, with his closing date being Sunday, July 1, 2012.

Many congratulations to you Michael! We have no doubt you'll be splendid!
