And this is why Michelle Obama is a BOSS!

San Francisco 49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick started the trend 'Kaepernicking' last December, which is a touchdown celebration that consists of leaning your head down to kiss your biceps, and even though the trend simmered down after the season came to a close, FLOTUS is bringing it back!!

Yesterday, Colin tweeted:

Could there BE a bigger powerhouse duo at the Democratic National Committee LGBT gala than Jason Collins and Michelle Obama??

We think not!

Not only is Michelle one of our favorite people on this planet, but she's being joined by a history-maker! Jason just became the first gay player actively still in the NBA, having chosen to come out while he's a free agent so as not to distract any team he was a part of! Even the President Barack Obama called him on the same day to congratulate him!

Tickets are starting at $1,250 per person and go up to $32,400 per couple to chair the event. That's SUPER expensive, but the night is gonna be worth it!

We can't wait to hear how it goes!

The Move Your Body event took place yesterday in New York and Los Angeles, as well as other major cities across the country!

Oh wait, you're not sure what that is?? How did you miss the video we made for it?? It has over 700,000 VIEWS AND COUNTING!

During the event brought to you by the WAT-AAH! Foundation, celebrities performed and danced with over 500 students at the Avenues of The World School in support of Michelle Obama's 3rd annual Let's Move! initiative. It didn't stop there, though! 250,000 kids danced all around the world in support!

The best part about this is that we DON'T have to keep it a one-day thing! We can all get out and move every day of our lives! THAT's how you experience the world and stay healthy at the same time!!

It's obvious that Michelle Obama and Jennifer Aniston have gorgeous arms, so we're not entirely surprised that they have inspired many women to get upper arm plastic surgery.

According to the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, the procedure called brachioplasty, which gets rid of loose skin in the upper arm, increased by 4,378% last year as 15,000 women decided to go under the knife.

And even though the procedure leaves a visible scar from your elbow to your armpit, the ASPS said:

Jason Collins knew that coming out as an active gay member of the NBA would be a huge deal. We're just not so sure he was expecting a phone call from the President himself!

It's true!

Not only did Jason get a tweet from the First Lady, but he also got a phone call from President Obama! The Prez said he was 'impressed by his courage' and offered him his support in his big decision to go public! Now if only Obama would do something about the whole gay marriage thing…

Such a good cause! The Move Your Body and Let's Move campaigns (both supported by the First Lady herself, Michelle Obama!) want you to help all the kids out there to move and stay healthy! Michelle has done an amazing job, but she doesn't want to do it alone knowing others out there would be more than happy to help! So what does she do??

She enlists the likes of The Wanted, Jessica Sanchez, Carly Rae Jepsen, and PEREZ — among others!!

All together we teamed up with the WAT-AAH! Foundation, an organization aimed at improving kids' health through working with youth focused creative and physical activity groups, for an incredibly catchy PSA (above)!! We LOVED being a part of this!

So fun! So catchy!

Turn it up loud and get your groove on! Ha!

How CA-UTTTE are these two???

Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel have been spending some time in Millington, Tennessee practicing their golf strokes, and we're not the least bit surprised that they're golfing it up — especially after meeting Barack and Michelle Obama last week!!

Since the prez likes to golf, the Suit & Tie singer probably wanted to hit some balls at Mirimichi Golf Course.

After all, since JT actually backs the golf course, we're sure he receives some good deals. So maybe next time he'll take the Obamas and earn some brownie points!!
