So THIS is what Mickey Rourke looks like after a workout these days!
He's super slim! Seriously!
It looks like he's lost a lot of the bulk that gave him a signature look in The Wrestler, and he's obviously going for a more cardio-oriented fitness routine now!
He looks LEAN, not PUMPED! Look how toned his legs are!
Get it, Mickey! You look fab!

Mickey Rourke and his muscles have been in a lot of action movies, so we're not surprised at all to hear that he'll be in The Expendables 3! Honestly though, we wonder how they get ANY scenery or locations on screen while filming, as we're pretty sure if they add one more person all the muscles will block our view from whatever's going on!
Mickey was spotted, looking almost unrecognizable, at Gold's Gym (above), making sure everything keeps bulging correctly before the upcoming flick! As he was leaving, we got a glimpse at just what he's been working on — and that he TOTALLY means business when he's working out!
At 60 years old, well… let's just say that WE wouldn't want to fight him! Just look at that pic (below)!

There's about to be a Die Hard vs. Rocky cage match…in the Twitterverse!
Sylvesty explained his ALL CAPS excitement, Tuesday, in a series of tweets:
Tickle our testes and call us Prince William, because this is royally AWESOME!
Ch-ch-check out the pants tightening clip from Java Heat (above)!
The flick is an exotic, cross-cultural thriller about… Oh, who cares what it's about!
Go back and examine Kellan's marvelously sweaty muscles again!!!!
Dayyyyum! His biceps are sooo big they have their own biceps!
Oh man, you guys!
After seven years of anticipation, we FINALLY know what Clive Owen's character in Sin City looked like before he had facial reconstruction surgery!
Here's a hint: it's A LOT like Josh Brolin!
That's right, fresh on the heels of the news that Joseph Gordon Levitt dropped out of The Guardians of the Galaxy casting race to secure himself a role in the long-awaited sequel to 2005 noir smash, A Dame To Kill For, the Gangster Squad star - who recently got himself into a little trouble with the law for public intoxication - has also joined the cast of the Robert Rodriguez adaptation of Frank Miller's graphic novel series as a younger version of Dwight!
For those of you unfamiliar with the first film, the character mentioned in the original film that he had recently gone under the knife to disguise himself from authorities, and as the vignettes that comprise these films tend to be non-linear and out of order, it makes sense that both actors will get to appear in the same role in the same movie!
As Rodriguez and Miller said in a statement:
