Miguel was ready to throw DOWN this week!
During an appearance at Side Bar in San Diego, the singer became irate when the club owner tried to force him to perform for the clubgoers.
The 30-year-old clearly did NOT want to sing for the crowd, because he attempted to fight the owner for pressuring him, screaming back:
"Get the f*ck out of my face!"
The R&B crooner says his contract regarding the appearance doesn't require him to sing. However, the hotspot's owner told TMZ they had actually made a verbal agreement in which the El Lay native would perform one song.
It seems this dispute and the fact that the owner was shoving a microphone in his face is what got Miguel so heated.

We can totally get down to this!
Seeing as the musical drama is set to take place in the South Bronx during the 1970s, Xtina's disco-tastic tune sounds like a perfect fit to compliment the series' soulful soundtrack — which also is set to feature Jaden Smith, Miguel, Zayn Malik, Leon Bridges, and Janelle Monae!

Miguel is putting his emotions into his music.
The 30-year-old is one of the many celebrities struggling to process the two police shootings that claimed the lives of Alton Sterling and Philando Castile earlier this week, and is using his craft to spark a conversation.
Early Friday morning, the songsmith released a chilling rough cut of a track titled How Many, in response to police brutality and the black lives that have been taken by authorities.
The singer shared the #BlackLivesMatter anthem on Soundcloud, writing in the description:
"This version was started (written/recorded) here in London in my hotel room between the hours of 4am and around 7am when i passed out. ill update this song every week until its complete. Please feel free to share. #blacklivesmatter"
The haunting song contains particularly poignant lyrics like:
"I'm tired of watching those murderers get off/While we bury the lost and loved and innocent."
He even sings in the powerful chorus:
"How many black lives, how many black lives/How many heartbeats turned into flatlines."

Kacey Musgraves has been dominating the world of country music with her hit record Pageant Material.
Now, the Dimestore Cowgirl songstress is making a splash in the R&B genre with a remix of Miguel's waves!
The original track — which was on the crooner's 2015 album Wildheart — has been remixed by a diverse collection of artists on the newly released EP called Rogue Waves!
Among other remixes from Tame Impala, Travis Scott, and RAC, Musgraves throws her cute country twang on her makeover of the bedroom slowjam — and her vocals compliment the track quite nicely!

Miguel and his fiancée, Nazanin Mandi, make one hot couple…
But maybe they were trying too hard at the Grammys on Monday night??
There's no one focal point — are we supposed to be staring at the Wildheart singer's striped suit, Nazanin's black bralet, or her red tassel earrings??
We're only slightly overwhelmed!
Not our fave look of the night, but there's always next year!!
