Hell to the WHAT?!

Mischa Barton has just been ordered by a judge to pay a private nursing company over $95,000 for unpaid services from back in 2009 - and all because she didn't show up on the court date!

Doctor's Choice Nursing reportedly filed a lawsuit for a bill of $89,930.57 that the actress never paid - plus interest - and the judge ruled no contest when the actress was MIA!

However, her rep claims:

"This is the first we've heard of it."

Again - what the hell?!

What did she need a private nursing company for?! And why don't her people know about it?

Weeeird. We hope she has the dollah dollah bills to take care of this mess.

We've happily had little to report about Mischa Barton for awhile and we hoped that meant the former Marissa Cooper was settling down and focusing on bringing her career back rather pAArtying her life away.

Though the latter remains true, we're told by Mischa that we should be expecting to see her back on the tube anytime soon. As she puts it, she still has a lot more soul searching to do and doesn't want to "rush" into anything just yet. She explains:

"TV is not something I'm looking at right now for a second, just because I'm really at a restful place in my life. I'm really just taking my downtime. I've seen a lot of other girls who just kept going and kind of spazzed out and I'm just really grateful to be settled right now and not working and not doing anything but working on myself. I just feel really blessed with a convergence of really good things going on right now, so I'm not in a rush to do a project."

But…but…but… We want an O.C. reunion! Don't you think you can forget getting mentally stable for just a few weeks to do a special appearance on Southland or something?!

We kid, we kid. We really want her to get her life back on track and come back fierce and really ready to work. But speaking of The O.C., while one would imagine that Mischa would look back on that time with real disdain, turns out, Mischa has a real reverence for it. She explained:

"I think it's funny and great that all these people do know me from it and kind of had to see me grow up and did see me grow up and go through all that s**t. Now I think people will come around to who you are as an actor and a being and get on your side, so I'm glad that that show - in a way - exposed me. It definitely established me as an actor and I think you can only embrace that."

What a very mature outlook on things! Who knew you were so in-tune with your emotions?!

We really couldn't be more pleased to hear you talk like this. We're super excited to know you're really taking the time to work on yourself and that you are seriously considering your next step in the biz carefully!

Girl, you need to settle down!

A photographer approached Mischa Barton at SXSW and she was NOT having any part of it!

She and her friends immediately went on the defense and some sort of scuffle took place. It's kind of hard to see on the vid because Mischa and her friends pushed the camera away.

In Touch is reporting that Mischa Barton is apparently such a big fan of Dancing With The Stars that she's campaigning to be a contestant on the next season of the reality competition!

A source reveals:

"Mischa watches the show religiously, and she thinks she can hold her own and maybe even win it. She likes the idea of being on a top-rated show, too."

Not a bad plan, bb!

We think that a spot on that show could definitely put your career on the right path again - but it will certainly take a lot of hard work and commitment!

Why? Oh, just for being a wee bit too sketchy for everyone's liking.

Photogs caught up with Mischa Barton and boyfriend DJ Ali Love last night as they left a London hotel looking rather worse for wear. As they got into a black cab, the police caught them throwing unidentified items out of their car window and immediately pulled them over.

Luckily, whatever they threw away wasn't important enough to get them arrested, but the cops were spotted having a few words with the cab driver before allowing them to get on their way.

Hopefully, wherever the cab was taking them was quiet and safe…and sans a pAArty.

Oh Mischa, here we go again!

The former, The O.C. actress took a break from being nuts, to make sure to tell everyone that she is not crazy.

She says that after her visit to a psychiatric hospital last year everyone looks at her and thinks she is insane…a little paranoid?

Mischa explained the situation:

"I had this terrible surgery to remove my wisdom teeth and it drove me mad. I had infections and I couldn't eat anything except Slush Puppies for three months and I can't tell you how awful it was. Anyway, I'd had enough and I went to the hospital. I was in a lot of pain and if they feel you are depressed or a danger to yourself they can hold you on a 5150. I am terrified of needles and they wanted to pump me full of drugs and I said, 'No, absolutely not. I don't want to be here,' and got into a fight with the nurses, and that led to my 5150.

"Part of me wishes those things had never happened in the public eye. I wish I could have been perfect. For ages after that 5150 I'd walk down the street and people would give me the crazy eye: 'There's Mischa Barton, she's insane, isn't she?'"

Hmm…many of us have had our wisdom teeth out and have not ended up in the psych ward.
