It's no secret that Mischa Barton has had a lot of personal struggles she's dealt with over the years.
Now the young veteran actress is back in the spotlight, competing on the current season of Dancing With The Stars — before being eliminated Monday night anyway.
When People asked the sadly eliminated contestant why she left the Hollywood life after her hit Fox show, Mischa was actually very candid!
The 30-year-old dished:
We're so happy that Dancing With The Stars is back in full swing, and Monday night brought us some more AH-Mazing performances and emotional moments.
One of the highlights/most ridiculous dances of the night was Geraldo Rivera's Salsa dance with Edyta Sliwinska. Not only is Geraldo a stiff dancer, but for his number the reporter decided to dress up as Donald Trump. LOLz!
But it wasn't all silliness as Mischa Barton has apparently been feeling a bit stressed out from her rehearsals. After the OC actress' routine, she dished on her rough time and was reportedly seen wiping away tears after the judges critiqued her dance with partner Artem Chigvintsev (below).
Ch-ch-check out the other highlights including Jodie Sweetin's Samba, Nyle DiMarco and Peta Murgatroyd's Rumba, as well as the first contestant being sent home (below)!
It is so ON!
On Tuesday morning, Dancing With The Stars confirmed its final lineup for season 22 on Good Morning America. How exciting!
As we reported, Jodie Sweetin, Mischa Barton, and the Real Housewives of Atlanta's Kim Fields had all been previously teased as hopeful winners for the Mirrorball trophy — and now it is officially official. LOVES it!
The Fuller House star has been paired with Keo Motsep, while The O.C. alum is partnered with Artem Chigvintsev. Fierce!
Not to mention, the reality TV star has landed Sasha Farber as her partner for this season. As for the other celebs slated to join in on the fun?
Well be sure to ch-ch-check out the full contestant list, and their respective dance partners, for yourself (below)!
We're slowly discovering more and more about this season's star-studded cast!
A source says that The O.C. star will be a competitor on the popular program's 22nd installment. How exciting!
On Tuesday, the full cast list will be revealed on Good Morning America, so we're looking forward to hearing which other celebs Mischa will be competing with on the reality show!
This season's already shaping up to be an interesting one, considering Derek Hough won't be returning as one of the pros, and his sister Julianne Hough will say goodbye to her seat at the judges' table.
However, panelist Len Goodman will be returning for the upcoming season, so we won't be missing ALL the familiar faces.
Get ready to watch Mischa bust a move when DWTS returns to ABC on Monday, March 21, at 8 p.m. EST!

Times have been tough for Mischa Barton!
The former star of The O.C. has gone through some personal struggles in the last few years, and now she's facing a financial battle with Volkswagen.
The German car company says she leased a car from them and then
Well this is going to make getting to her court dates even more of a challenge.
That's because the 29-year-old actress is extremely close to getting her brand-new car repossessed.
According to reports, the O.C. star bought her Audi back in March and only has to pay $700 a month to keep the lease… except she hasn't paid anything in the last six months.
This paired with the heartbreaking lawsuit she has against her mother must be quite stressful on her right now.
Hopefully Mischa gets everything sorted out… and soon!

Are we dreaming?!
It looks like the creators of Cruel Intentions: The Musical — currently running at The Rockwell in Los Angeles — already have their next project lined up: The O.C. Musical!
That's right! A musical based on the 2003-07 Fox hit about drama in the wealthy upper class suburb of Newport Beach!
Creators Jordan Ross and Lindsey Rosin silently created a brand new Twitter account for the production and have been dropping hints for weeks.
But on Wednesday they made it official by tweeting out that the show will be a one night only performance that takes place
