Honestly, this is just so sad and unfortunate.

Especially with how easily preventable this whole debacle could have been!

After being foolish enough to try to bring his pet Capuchin monkey, OG Mally, into Germany two months ago without the proper paperwork, Justin Bieber left the poor little guy there…and had until midnight yesterday to re-claim him before he became the country's property!

Now, the deadline has come and gone,

C'mon, Biebs, get that rear in gear!!

Justin Bieber literally only has a few hours left before his pet monkey Mally becomes property of Germany!

We previously mentioned that Justin's monkey was detained at German customs because he didn't have proper documents, but now, German officials are laying down the law and giving

Monkey see - monkey do!

So when one monkey saw a dog licking on a lollipop, the monkey just had to try it!

But what could've turned into a serious dilemma between these two - actually became an amazing festival!

Because once the dog began wondering where its lollipop was - the monkey put its sharing skills to use, and passed the lolly to the left-hand side!!

This was definitely a case where the monkey shines!

If you're in the southwestern part of Ohio, and you see a large monkey running around - don't worry, you're not tripping. In all likelihood the monkey is totally real.

Because in fact a large monkey was reported to have escaped from a train carrying circus animals from Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey.

But a monkey wasn't the only one to escape from the circus - apparently a huge lion escaped, as well.

There has been a lot of drama surrounding Justin Bieber's pet capuchin monkey OG Mally.

As we previously mentioned, the Biebz got into trouble with the German authorities when he brought a pet monkey into the country without the proper paperwork.

Now, after being held by the Germans, Justin's team has allegedly contacted the authorities to request they find a "safe and sheltered place, or a zoo" for the monkey.

Kate Upton's shoot with exotic animals was a success in most people's eyes.

But not for PETA!

Quite the opposite, in fact.

A tiger, a monkey, and an ocelot - to be exact!

Upton seemed to be enamored mostly with that tiger cub, though.
