What is going on in New York City these days???
We knew rats and mice were all over the city's streets and subways, but we thought they were kept out of food establishments. However, that does not appear to be the case!
At least it wasn't the case at the O.G. cronut bakery called Dominique Ansel that was shut down on Friday by the New York Department of Health — after a customer filmed a
STOP. STOP EVERYTHING.
What did we just watch?? Did we just see a tiny adorable mouse DECORATE A CHRISTMAS TREE??
We think we did! Holy shizzzzzz! This holiday has already been filled with SO MUCH cuteness, our hearts can't handle it anymore!

San Diego Zoo Safari Park has the cutest little resident!
It's a Pacific Pocket Mouse and it's the cutest lil guy EVER!
He was spotted recently (above) enjoying a late night lettuce snack (cause he's nocturnal), and just being generally super adorbz.
What's extra special about this little cutie is he's

That's what police were asking John Jacobson after he allegedly tried to steal a whole pack of beer from a truck as it was being loaded into a store!

A tiny baby mouse deer was born at the Berlin Zoo on Valentines Day!
No. We're not kidding!
These super shy animals can fit into the palm of a adult human's hand, and are one of the smallest hoofed mammals in the world!
Even those these rare animals offer no food whatsoever - they are hunted in its native home in Southeast Asia.
But during its care in the zoo - the mouse deer should live a life of 10-12 years.
Which is good for us and you!
