Some very sad news coming from one of NASCAR’s hottest drivers today. Trevor Bayne announced on Tuesday that he has multiple sclerosis!
But he is not letting this diagnosis stop his racing career!
Trevor, who became the youngest winner in Daytona 500 history back in 2011, plans to compete as scheduled this weekend at Homestead-Miami Speedway.
The 22-year-old spoke to the public to discuss his commitment to keep driving despite his new health challenges. He explained:
She's only a 'little nervous' about it — but a leap between racing cars (albeit successfully!) and hosting an awards ceremony in front of millions of people?? We'd be filling our pants!!
Here's what Danica Patrick said about hosting the American Country Awards this year:
Holy shizz is there some dramz on the track right now!!
Max Papis, who just took part in Sunday's Camping World Truck Series race in Bowmanville, Ontario, says that his jaw got straight up dislocated when a fellow racer's girlfriend laid the smackdown on him — literally!
It was allegedly Mike Skeen's girlfriend who slapped him on the left side of the face in a rage over a crash. Here's what Max said about
Dale Earnhardt's grandson was arrested in West Virginia last night after he was nabbed for a DUI.
His name is Bobby Dale Earnhardt, and yes he IS an aspiring race car driver — we just hope he won't be behind a wheel for a while until he wises up to how dangerous drinking and driving is!
Currently, he's a driver in the ARCA Truck series, which is extra scary considered he
Next time you have a flat tire and need help putting on the spare, don't bother with AAA. Just call Kris Jenner instead!!
The grandmomager's good pal Ryan Seacrest took on co-hosting duties and made an appearance on her new show Kris, and the dynamic duo got a chance to meet Christmas Abbott, NASCAR's only full-time female pit crew member!
But instead of just sitting down and talking to them about the exciting world of fixing cars and changing tires at blinding speeds, she decided to put the two to the test!
For the past 8 years, ESPN and NASCAR have been in a very loving relationship, and at least on the surface, everything seemed to be going perfectly!
But apparently the popular auto racing franchise has had eyes for another and will be leaving ESPN after the 2014 season!!
So what channel do you have to go to to get your car fix on?? Well NASCAR has just announced that they have signed onto 10-year deal with NBC that starts in 2015!!
NASCAR chairman Brian France released a statement on the big move, saying:
By a show of hands, who here thinks Danica Patrick's boyfriend keeps doing something wrong, like checkin' out other girls, so Danica is exacting revenge on him by trying to take out his car during races??
Yeah, we don't either! LOLz!
In a weird series of events, though, we wouldn't be surprised if SOMEONE thought that was the case, because Danica started a three-car pile up by colliding with her boyfriend, Ricky Stenhouse Jr., … which is the THIRD TIME this has happened this season!
