Baltimore Ravens defensive lineman Ma'ake Kemoeatu basically quit playing football because his little brother, Chris Kemoeatu, who played for the Pittsburgh Steelers, needed a kidney!
Their dad wanted to help out, but Ma'ake was the only suitable match.
The big brother explained his choice, saying:
Someone is getting rich, AND has a lifetime supply of delicious pizza!
And this person is Peyton Manning!
The Denver Broncos quarterback bought 21 Papa John's pizza franchises when he moved to the the Centennial State, before they legalized marijuana.
Well, in a recent interview with Sports Illustrated, Peyton talked about how good it's been for business, and hinted that he may vote pro Mary Jane! He said:

Um, do you know what he did? Why SHOULDN'T he have a punishment that fits the crime, especially if the first punishment was waaaay off?
After video of former Baltimore Raven's player Ray Rice's brutal abuse of his now wife Janay surfaced, everyone pretty much came out against him.
Though now it looks like someone is on his side… even if he sorta does pay them to have his back: the NFL player's union is stepping up for Rice, having already appealed his indefinite suspension.
We hope they feel good about doing this (which is sarcasm, because they shouldn't.).

The Minnesota Vikings placed Adrian Peterson on the Exempt/Commissioner's Permission list early Wednesday morning.
That means that he can't play football and he actually must "remain away from all team activities."
Why such a serious punishment? Because he's facing a felony child abuse charge and that's a serious deal.
