Have you ever seen Carrie Underwood's legs?
That should be all the proof you need to know momma is in SHAPE.
Between rocking out night after night on her Storyteller tour and having her 20-month-old son Isaiah on the road, Miz Underwood somehow finds time to make sure she's putting in work at the gym.
How, you may ask? Well, the 33-year-old has "splurged" on attaching a mobile fitness studio pulled by a Ford F-150 on tour, which she works out in 1.5-2 hours a day with her trainer, Eve Overland.

Carrie Underwood is always a breath of fresh air.
On Wednesday, the Church Bells singer was honored at the CMT Artists of the Year Awards in Nashville, Tennessee — and she stopped by to chat with ET about her many accomplishments and what's to come in the future, both personally and professionally.
As you know, the 33-year-old welcomed baby boy Isaiah with husband Mike Fisher back in February 2015, and the country superstar hit the road for her Storyteller tour earlier this year.
Reflecting, Miz Underwood said:
We just love LOVE!
As you know, Carrie Underwood and Mike Fisher have been celebrating six happy years of marriage (and looking hot AF while they do it) while on vacation in Cabo this week.
On Sunday, the country superstar penned a heartfelt message gushing about the NHL player and the family they've built over the years, which of course includes one-year-old son Isaiah:
"Six years ago today, I said 'I do,' to this handsome fella. I meant it then and I mean it now. God put us together and continues to bless our marriage. I couldn't imagine this life without you, @mfisher1212 I am thankful for these past six years together (and, of course, for our beautiful son, Isaiah) and I look forward to spending the rest of our lives in love."
And we all collectively say, "Awwwwww!" Adorbs!

"I knew I had a problem but again, it's like being on a runaway train and you wanna get off but you don't know how to get off."
After highlighting that nearly 30 million Americans suffer from an eating disorder, the blonde beauty revealed her issues with food came about after she stepped away from the spotlight in order to focus on her marriage to former NHL star Valeri Bure.
