On Thursday, the America's Got Talent host went on Watch What Happens Live! where Andy Cohen grilled him in the titillating segment "Plead The Fifth".

On Monday, the America's Got Talent host was promoting his new children's book, Neon Aliens Ate My Homework, at St. Mary's Hospital for Children in NYC where he discussed his kid's unique living arrangements!
The 34-year-old recently purchased a crib in the Garden State and dishes that his kinship will spend time in the ‘burbs with Daddy, and Manhattan with Mommy!
In a recent interview with Extra, Nick set the record straight that he's not pursuing ANYONE at this juncture:

When asked about his kiddos and family life, Nick said:
A woman named Simonette DaCosta is suing the pair claiming that she was fired as their former nanny for being too affectionate with their twins.
In her lawsuit, Simonette claims that as a full-time nanny, she fed, bathed, and comforted Mariah and Nick's twins Moroccan and Monroe when they were just infants.
However, Simonette claims she got axed because Mariah
Reportedly, if Nick violates the confidentiality, he has to pay a $250,000 penalty, but if Mariah pipes up about their relationship, her fine is doubled at $500,000!
At the time they got married, Nick was only worth $500,000, and took out a loan for Mimi's wedding ring. The singer was worth $150 million though, so maybe that's why her penalty is steeper.
That's a whole lotta ca$$$h!
But it seems like the split is going smoothly, and they even have the property situations figured out.
