Nicole Scherzinger has been troubled with her body image for many years now, but ever since she reached her 30s, she finally feels confident!
During a recent interview, the former Pussycat Dolls star talked about how she developed bulimia, how she was self-conscious and how she has managed to put everything in the past.
Here are the HIGHlights:

Paula Abdul is happy and proud of Nicole Scherzinger for getting help to combat her bulimia — something that we're sure everyone is feeling, even if Paula happens to be coming from a much closer place.
And we aren't talking about both being judges on The X Factor.
We're talking about how Paula herself overcame a battle with bulimia!

Owen Wilson said hello to fellow Formula One fan Adrien Brody while walking on the grid at the Malaysia Grand Prix on Sunday afternoon.
The two actors watched Fernando Alonso win the event, with Sergio Perez coming in a close second, while Nicole Sherzinger's man, Lewis Hamilton, took third.
This was only the second race of the 20-race season, with the next event taking place in China on April 15th.
