Nicollette Sheridan has a beef with Touchstone Television, as we've previously mentioned.
She brought a wrongful termination suit against Desperate Housewives, but that first case ended in a mistrial.
So now she's finally back on track with a new trial date set!
Nicollette and Touchstone will square off in court once more on December 2nd an LA Superior Court judge ruled.
Now that her court date is set, she can relax and spend time doing other things… like walking her adorbz doggy!!
She was recently spotted walking her pup through Beverly Hills while wearing a nice all white ensemble.
Kinda matches her puppy dog. LOLz!

Yes, Nicollette Sheridan's legal war against ABC and Desperate Housewives is STILL going on, and YES, the courts are STILL not ruling in her favor!
And this time, it went as high up as the California Supreme Court!
As we all know, the actress' now-two-year-old lawsuit began when she asserted that she was wrongfully fired after series creator Marc Cherry struck her during an argument over her dialogue. These claims have since been dismissed, while her case against the network and producers resulted in a mistrial. And although she filed for a re-trial, her request was rejected, which led her to appeal to the Supreme Court!
But its chief justice Tani Cantil-Sakayue has determined

Nicollette Sheridan took her pooch for a stroll through Malibu, keeping it simple with a tank and shorts.
With the scorching heat, it's hard to wear ANYTHING outside!!!

You know that jury had to be desperate to get outta this one!
Cuz finally, after so much mess, an appeals court has determined that Nicollette Sheridan was not wrongfully fired from Desperate Housewives.
As we're sure you remember, Nicci also claimed she had been hit by show-creator Marc Cherry after a heated run-in over script dialogue.
Those charges were since dropped… but as far as the termination taboo goes, the judge says:
It's a monster Munster mash!!
Portia de Rossi — of the late and great Arrested Development — just inked a deal with NBC to star as Lily Munster in their remake of the classic ‘60s horror/comedy.
We bet she and Ellen are having SUPER celebratory cuddles in their $18 mil Beverly Hills mansion right now, LOLz!!
Munsters 2.0 will actually be titled Mockingbird Lane.

Portia’s co-stars on Mockingbird Lane include Jerry O’Connell and Eddie Izzard, who will play Herman and Grandpa Munster respectively.
We LOVE the cast so far and we’re really curious to see where NBC ultimately goes with this idea!!
