Nicollette Sheridan has a beef with Touchstone Television, as we've previously mentioned.

She brought a wrongful termination suit against Desperate Housewives, but that first case ended in a mistrial.

So now she's finally back on track with a new trial date set!

Nicollette and Touchstone will square off in court once more on December 2nd an LA Superior Court judge ruled.

Now that her court date is set, she can relax and spend time doing other things… like walking her adorbz doggy!!

She was recently spotted walking her pup through Beverly Hills while wearing a nice all white ensemble.

Kinda matches her puppy dog. LOLz!

Adorbulous Duo!

Nicollette Sharidan was spotted in LA Saturday with her BF Steven Pate and her adorable pooch.

Nicollette was dressed like the housewife she isn't - but pulls it off all the same.

Golden Retriever Oliver goes just about everywhere with Nic, and why not? He sooo cute well behaved for such a big guy!

When you're star you can bring your dog everywhere. Literally.

Nicollette Sheridan was spotted leaving her Beverly Hills dentist office after getting a root canal, Thursday. She had her boyfriend and her dog with her for moral support.

We know the dentist is suxs but… is that sanitary?

There is no way we'd stick around to find out!
