Khloé Kardashian Gets Real About Emotional Breakups And Lamar Odom In Shape!

It's no secret Khloé Kardashian has become quite the fitspiration.

The 31-year-old has dropped more than 35 pounds since revamping her fitness and diet routine — and she's opening up about the power of exercise in May's issue of Shape magazine.

Showing off her curves in a sexy gray bodysuit, the KUWTK star shares:

"I love my shape because I've earned every curve. I work hard in the gym to get it. But I also loved my shape before, when I was even curvier. I was always incredibly comfortable in my skin. Everybody else saw me in a different way, but I didn't see myself that way. I still wore bodycon dresses back then; I didn't cover up with a muumuu. Today I put in the work to get the curves I have and every bit of firmness. I feel empowered and badass that I was able to accomplish everything I have."

When life throws her curves — be it her breakup from Lamar Odom or his nearly-fatal overdose — Koko has learned to clear her mind with some cardio:

"When Lamar [Odom] and I broke up, I had all these emotions that I didn't know what to do with. Some people suggested therapy, but instead I joined my local Equinox gym, where I'd get on an elliptical and watch bad reality TV. As a result, I started losing weight. Once I realized I could shed some pounds that way, I began working out regularly with my trainer, Gunnar Peterson, and I made a commitment to get healthy. He taught me that the trick to staying motivated is to find what you really love to do. We did cardio, calisthenics, circuit training, Pilates, and boxing."

Rob Kardashian may get some outside help on his weight loss journey!

As you may know, the KUWTK celeb has been getting back into shape thanks to his fiancée Blac Chyna. However, as R.K. begins to slim down it looks like reps from Hydroxycut and Quest Nutrition are eager to send Kris Jenner's son all kinds of product.

Nothing says Hollywood like free swag, right? LOLz!

Apparently, the Hydroxycut rep wants the sock mogul to try out a weight loss pill called Black and to add to his workout schedule with his lady love. Oh the irony!

Not to mention, the QN company wants to hook Rob up with protein powder, chips, and bars. That sounds promising!

We have a feeling that the sock mogul's girl will encourage Rob to take the companies up on their offer — especially if there is a price tag attached to the collaboration. We mean, the video vixen isn't a stranger to dealing with product placement. HA!

Dieting doesn't have to be a drag.

According to Oprah Winfrey in her hour-long Q&A with fellow Weight Watchers followers, if you focus on it as a "lifestyle change" instead of a "diet" — you'll be much more successful!

With that said… Here are the best tips and tricks, straight from the 62-year-old mogul herself!

Miz Winfrey suggested to switch to fish, saying that her go-to meal includes either cod or barramundi:

"Seafood is your friend! Sea bass and salmon have more points."

The OWN owner also says that jicama "gives a nice crunch" to any meal or snack.

Winfrey admits to having cravings for greasy foods, which she satisfies by giving it a healthy remix!

For instance, if you want noodles, try incorporating spaghetti squash instead. If you'd live for potatoes, maybe combine the carb with nutritious cauliflower.

Another major key is to make sure you're drinking plenty of water.

Blac Chyna may have beef with the Kardashian klan, but she isn't trying to diss mama Kris Jenner!

As we reported, the former stripper and boyfriend Rob Kardashian posted a series of weird food videos where they laughed at various items in the KUWTK star's fridge.

Many thought they were slamming Rob's mom, who presumably bought all the food.

It turns out Chyna wasn't dissing KJ, she was dissing carbs!

As part of RK's weight loss plan, the couple have completely banned carbs from their diet. If you rewatch the videos, all of the foods they make fun of — oatmeal, sorbets, crackers — are all carbs.

In fact, Tyga's ex is pissed at the media for insinuating that she has beef with Kris!

However, Chyna is skeptical Kris was the one who put the food in Rob's cabinets.

According to a source:

"When's the last time you saw Kris Jenner inside a grocery store?"

This case is officially closed.
