On Monday, Kendall Jenner wrote a blog entry on her website where she reveals which foods she eats when traveling! Considering the fact that the KUWTK star is an international fashion icon, she's pretty much an expert when it comes to airport cuisine!

The reality TV diva wrote:

"I feel like everyone has their 'airport traditions,' and I definitely do! When I was younger, we would always take Kylie to Jamba Juice and I would get Panda Express. I still love it there, lol!"'

Yum! Smoothies and Chinese food sound so freakin' good right now!

Nowadays, Miz Jenner sticks with snacks you can buy at the newsstand.

In the October issue of Shape, The Honest Company CEO reveals her diet and fitness secrets.

When it comes to slimming down, the Sin City actress prioritizes nutrition over exercise! She explains:

"With exercise, I get a little more toned and I definitely feel stronger, but my diet is much more important if I'm trying to slim down. In that case, I usually don't eat gluten, dairy, fried foods or processed foods. I try to stick to a diet that's low in sugar and carbs and high in lean protein and vegetables."

That definitely makes sense!

While the 35-year-old loves to work out, she does as much as she can given her busy schedule!

Move over Gwyneth Paltrow! Kim Kardashian is becoming the queen of weird health tips!

Recently, the KUWTK star wrote a blog entry on her website where she talks about the five foods she always has in her fridge!

Kanye West's wife wrote:

"When it comes to what's in my fridge, I always try and keep it fresh, simple and clean (everything is always lined up perfectly, LOL!). I'm really dedicated to my Atkins diet right now so it's all about staying healthy and lean. These five foods and drinks are great for snacking and keeping me energized throughout the day."

While most of her choices are pretty conventional — diet peach Snapple, string cheese, and sliced turkey — she has a few crazy picks including charcoal lemonade and fermented dairy probiotic!

The 35-year-old said:

"I'm not super into the whole "juicing" craze, but Pressed Juicery's fresh drinks taste amazing and make the perfect snack! I'm currently into the Charcoal Lemonade, which is rich in vitamin C. I swear, when I drink it, I feel cleansed and energized throughout the day… Bio-K is my daily probiotic. I love that it keeps both my digestive and immune system balanced!"

Whatever she's doing, keep it up! Kim looks absolutely fantastic!

In her latest Instagram post, Kim — clad in a very ostentatious gold bikini — advocates the use of 310 Nutrition, proclaiming it helps her stay in shape and that because of it she can still fit into the same size jeans she wore in high school!

How exciting!

The mom of six also preempts hater comments by denying that it was the solely the tummy tuck that made her look so svelte.

She wrote:

And now, the KUWTK star has reached another personal milestone as she revealed on Monday morning that she's down to just 125.4 pounds — and is just five pounds away from her goal weight of 120.
