He has a bone to pick with Nadya "Octo-Mom" Suleman, whom he swears she stole failed to return his 1.5 carat diamond engagement ring valued at $7,500!
Damon says she borrowed it after their self-proclaimed publicity stunt earlier this year.
He pretended to propose to her, slipped the diamond ring on her finger, and they faked an engagement. The expectation, however, was that she would return the ring within a few weeks.
According to the report Damon filed with local PD, that never happened.
Octo-Mom is supposed to be in rehab until the end of November, but if an opportunity to make money arises, she's apparently ready to bail at any moment.

Octo-Mom's manager has already bitten back at Michael Lohan for taking credit for her client's recent admission into a SoCal rehab facility and now Nadya Suleman is too.
While MiLo maintains he "put together a treatment plan" and recommended a facility for the mother of fourteen, Octo-Mom has released a statement saying otherwise and explained:
We congratulated Michael Lohan when he said he helped Nadya Suleman into rehab.
But now a rep for the Octo-Mom is saying we should retract our congrats — because he's been no help at all!
No, seriously. Papa Lohan played no role in Nadya's decision to seek treatment.
We're so happy the Octo-Mom is seeking help for her addiction.
And she may never have made it to rehab with her good friend… Michael Lohan??
That's right, despite epically failing to get Lindsay Lohan into rehab, the celeb dad may just have some idea what he's doing. He does, after all, do it for a living!
Michael has been running a nonprofit in Florida that facilitates and performs interventions, pushing people to get the help they need.
