Neil Diamond is back…in a big way!

According to Billboard, Diamond is on his way to nabbing the #1 album spot next week with his new release, Home Before Dark.

Madonna's Hard Candy could be knocked from the top by…Neil Diamond?

Another interesting factoid: if Neil Diamond does indeed secure the #1, it will be his first ever in the forty plus years he's been in the biz.

Billboard does make an interesting point. Mother's Day is this weekend and Neil Diamond is totally mommy music. We might even pick up Neil for our mom!

Could this be the thing propelling Neil to the forefront? That and maybe his appearance on Idol this week totally helped!

Plus, everyone knows it's usually the older peeps (the kind who like Neil Diamond type stuff) who actually BUY music.

We hear that there's a lot of youngins who love to download pirated music on the net!

Deborah Harry was a hot tranny mess at the big Squeezebox celebration in NYC on Friday night.

The Blondie frontwoman swapped spit with Mistress Formika and cozied up to British starfucker Jamie Burke.

All the old old Squeezebox regulars were at the Marc Jacobs-sponsored party at the Blender theater to celebrate the TriBeCa Film Festival premiere of the new documentary about the seminal '90s fagpunk party.

P-Nasty was in the hizouse, representin' like it was 1996 and he was a freshman at NYU living in a low-cost triple at Rubin Hall!

Harrison Ford wants you to know that deforestation sucks!

To 'show' you all how painful deforestation is to the environment, Ford, the vice chair of the global environment group Conservation International, went through the pain of having his chest hairs 'deforested' by a waxer for Access Hollywood's cameras.

Ford has been an active CI member for 15 years. The environmental org. operates in more than 40 countries to combat climate change, protect species, and to work with and assist local and indigenous communities.

We never thought we'd say this, but….
