Vanity Fair editor Graydon Carter has announced that the magazine's annual huge Oscar party will be held at the Sunset Tower Hotel on February 22nd next year and that it will be much smaller than years past.

He says that this affair will be much "cozier" than parties past and that the guest list "scaled back considerably."

In other words, A-listers only!

This year's party will also recycle decor from previous years in a "dedication to the green movement."
