According to ET, Short will instead resume his sentence in the Pasadena Recovery Center Outpatient Treatment program.
The actor told the outlet:
"I'm feeling grateful for the learning lesson and I'm fully accountable for my mistakes. I'm ready to get to work and never go back to that place. God is good."
His progress report hearing is scheduled for June 28.
Although he says he's learned his lesson this time, we guess only time will tell!
Here's to a successful recovery.
