Sweet!

The X Factor finale got a huge ratings boost during its finale night on Thursday, getting a 31% ratings increase!

Sure, most of the other networks were airing reruns, but the show still got 12.4 million total viewers, which is pretty, pretty impressive!

The reality competition show will DEF be back for a second season.

Thankfully, it was a false alarm. But those cops came prepared!

They stormed that place with guns drawn and courage to save our favorite gift, Miz Paula Abdul!

Late last night, around 2:30am, a call was placed to the police by a a private security company that monitors the Sherman Oaks neighborhood that Paula lives in. The alarm had gone off at her house and their was suspicion that someone had broken in.

The police arrived promptly at the scene - with guns drawn - where they found the front door wide open, but no one at home. Officials on the scene later reported that the home didn't look like it had been broken into and nothing seemed stolen or out of place.

Odd. Where was Paula, the warrior, when this was all going down? True, if it really was a break-in, we're happy she wasn't there. But then … what exactly happened here?

It took Barbara Walters to get it out of him, but Simon Cowell has finally admitted what everyone's been thinking…

The sexual tension between he and Paula Abdul was infuriating!! But according to him, it was mainly on her.

So by now we're sure you're well aware of the major drama that went down on Thursday night's X Factor.

Nicole Scherzinger put Marcus Canty and Rachel Crow into a deadlock because she just didn't have the heart to be a judge and send marcus one of them home.

We bet she thought the voters would have voted Marcus off (he's been in the final two for three weeks), but unfortunately it was the little bright shining star who got the boot.

We weren't happy that Drew Ryniewicz was booted off of X Factor, but this is going WAAAY too far.

Judges Paula Abdul and Nicole Scherzinger created a few enemies this week when the voted Drew off the singing competition show. And we're not just talking Simon Cowell who was allegedly "furious" with their decision.

Fans of Drew sent Paula and Nicole tweets and Facebook messages that read:

Goodness gracious, is Stacy Francis becoming the Lindsay Lohan of X Factor or WHAT?!

She has an EXCUSE for EVERYTHING!

After her lackluster performance of Celine Dion's It's All Coming Back To Me Now on last night's episode, after which she was given less-than-stellar feedback across the board by the judges' panel, the reality contestant spoke out against them with claims that she was being picked on!

She says:

But we just can't understand why!

The Stereo Hogzz did their thing for Paula Abdul and Pharrell last night on X Factor, and while we'll concede they have potential, we're wondering they the guy in the green is the only one singing!

Yeah, the others are giving backing vocals, but why? Why just that? Can they not sing as well? Why are they all hiding in the background?!
