Tuesday night was the opening of Cee-Lo Green's brand new Las Vegas show, Loberace, and the star celebrated in style!

First the former Voice host made himself music history by putting his handprints on the wall at Planet Hollywood.

Then he celebrated the moment with shots of his favorite low cal sake TY KU!

THEN he set the piano on fire!

JK! Well, he totally did, but it was part of the show's pre-planned pyrotechnics! He's not Crazy or anything!

WHAT?! We thought Cee Lo Green LOVED Christmas!

At least, he sounded like he did with all the badass holiday songs he released this past December! What gives?!

Apparently, however, The Voice judge and his management team were behind on helluva conspiracy theory to snag thousands of dollars from a promotions company by agreeing to series of Christmas concerts that they never planned to actually execute…and are now facing a $14.2 million lawsuit!

WTF?! We know, this one is a little complicated!

So let's break it down for you:

According to Cierra Management Group, the singer's people approached them in November of 2011 with a tour proposal called the "12 Days of Christmas." Cee Lo would be expected to hold a concert on each of those days - however, the deal was that Cierra would front $100,000 for EACH.

Obviously, that was way too much, so Green's team re-assessed and then suggested SIX concerts instead, but that was still too expensive for them!

Finally, Cierra was offered TWO concerts for a total of $243,000…which they decided they could swing, and agreed!

Sweet deal, right?! WRONG!

Because

Just last week, Lindsay Lohan found herself back in court, dealing with all of her dramz with her mom, Dina Lohan, by her side!

Last night, however, LiLo got herself all dolled up for the 2013 amfAr New York Gala and even chatted it up on the red carpet!

So, with ALL the craziness that seems to follow the actress, how exactly does she manage to deal with it all?

The Voice judge partied in Sin City's Chateau Nightclub at the Paris Hotel where he was sure to get the seksi parties started!

We need to find out how he gets all that energy…we're exhausted just looking at him!

Besides TY KU sake, Cee-Lo Green reaalllllllyyyyy loves the holidays.

If the Forget You singer didn't convince you with his new holiday album, Cee Lo's Magic Moment than his new video, featuring a clip of The Bible, definitely will.

The Bible is a 10 hour series that retells, you guessed it, the bible!! In this new preview, Cee-Lo's Mary Did You Know Me serves as the soundtrack to the story of Jesus.

The pairing definitely makes sense considering one of the producers, Mark Burnett, also happens to produce The Voice!!

From the looks of it, The Bible, premiering in March on The History Channel, will be very educational!!

How touching ridiculous!

The Voice judges got a little nostalgic during the show's finale Tuesday night.

For the last time, the foursome gathered on stage to sing their last quartet before Christina Aguilera and Cee-Lo Green's departure.

The song they chose: Green Day's Good Riddance (Time of Your Life)!!

Since the song is usually reserved for prom, graduations and funerals, the performance — and the slow-mo slideshow playing in the background — came off a tad corny.
