We don't get it.

The UK media is reporting that Pete Doperty is gonna go free on Tuesday.

Upon his release, he'll have served just 29 days of the 98 sentenced.

Even more disturbing, Dopehead was supposedly shooting up behind bars!!!!!!!

What kind of message is the British justice system sending?!

A 'friend' of Doperty's reveals, “He’s planning to go straight to play a gig — and then get smashed. He wants no business appointments for three days — so he can really go for it.”

Disturbing.

If what the 'friend' says is true, Dopey learned nothing in lock up.

The taxpayer money that was used on Dopehead's brief stay was a waste!

The people should make his sorry ass pay it back!

Dopehead reportedly asked for an English translation of the Islam holy book after he was thrown into isolation.

A friend reports, “I’m surprised how much it has calmed him down as he was very on edge inside. He definitely seems more chilled. He’s lapping it up and really interested in it. I think it’s helping him in there.”

This HAS to be a joke, right????

Hope he learns things from the teachings that will help him lead a clean and sober life on the outside!!

But we hope he's still a mess, just a clean and sober mess!

A new UK poll asked people under 25 to vote for their favorite 'hero' and 'heroine'.

Amy Winehouse came in as the Brits' #1 'heroine', beating out Princess Diana.

And, junkie supreme Pete Doherty was ranked as the #2 'hero'.

WTF?????

No, seriously!

Those cheeky Brits surely were kidding and just making a mockery of the vote, right?

Psychologist Donna Dawson told the media that Winehouse may have topped the poll because she "seems to portray a certain sense of vulnerability or having had to fight against some adversity in their lives".

Wonder if asked, would American youth pick junkies, too?

Pete Doherty won't have a home to come back to when he's released from jail in a few weeks.

New reports claim that Dopehead's landlord has just evicted his junkie ass.

Out on a recent maintenance check, the landlord of the nine bedroom mansion being rented by Doperty found the once beautiful home in absolute shambles! Hee hee.

An insider says that the walls, floor and even some of the windows have been daubed with human blood. The house was also littered with feces from the nine cats Petey abandoned there.

Ewwwwwww!!!!!

He and Wino should just move in together already!

On another note, Pete's shady friends have reportedly been helping themselves to the stuff he's left in the mansion. They're supposedly looking to sell Dopehead's stuff to make back some of the money he owes them.

With friends like that, who needs prison?

Prison is a bitch, and it seems like he's the prison bitch!

The UK media is reporting that Pete Doherty has been moved to a secure cell in jail.

He is no longer part of the general population.

Why?????

No, not as 'punishment' for smacking it up (doing heroin) behind bars, which we mentioned earlier this week.

Doperty's fellow prisoners apparently wanted to give him a major ass beating.

Maybe the other prisoners are pissed that he's getting superstar treatment in the slammer.

Or they finally figured out that Dopehead's IOU's for drugs are worthless!

We really hope that he'll turn his life around after this jail stint. Doubt it, though.

When will this junkie learn????

Not even prison can come between Doperty and his drugs!

According to reports, shambolic Pete Doherty is totally smacking it up IN THE SLAMMER!

As y'all know, Doherty was jailed for poopooing a judge's order to stay away from drugs and get some rehab. Though prison doctors are giving him heroin substitute methadone to wean him off, he's topping off the treatment with the real thing.

A fellow inmate said, “He hasn’t received his prison wage yet so he’s getting the drugs on credit and writing IOUs.”

Be careful, queen, people will beat you up if you make promises in jail you can't keep, especially when money's involved!

Dopehead has also befriended an ex-streetfighter named Ray, who is protecting him after a rumor started circulating that the singer brought a stash of drugs with him from the outside. AND his cell mate was a drug dealer on the outside.

Disgustingly, prison officers are supposedly treating Doherty like a superstar. They flock around him to get his autograph!

An inmate tells the source, “He usually signs his name next to a scribbled smiley face with a trilby.” He added that Doherty sleeps on a urine-stained mattress and has been told he will be transferred to an open prison when a place is available.

WTF?! Someone needs to whip these prison guards in order!

With all the breaks he's gotten and currently getting, they better not let this crackhead out early!

Drug-addled rocker Pete Doherty is going to jail for 14 weeks for breaking his probation order.

Doing drugs is against the law, crackhead. Breaking the law is against your probation terms!

We can't believe the Brits didn't lock him up earlier! They've given Doperty way too many chances.

According to reports, Petey was taken to lock down from West London Magistrates' Court following a 30 minute hearing Tuesday afternoon.

If you have tickets to his April 26th London show, don't worry. His record company said the show will be rescheduled and all tickets will be valid for the new date once it has been announced.

But anybody who buys tickets to see Pete Doherty in concert knows damn well to expect him to NOT show up!

Is 14 weeks enough time for Doperty in jail, though????

The Sun is reporting that the drug addict has "become obsessed with Scientology" after a lover introduced him to the crazy cult.

Hey, it's better than crack, right?????

Peteypoo has bought a pile of books on the subject since meeting Scientologist DJ Nadine Ruddy.

A source says: “Nadine is really into Scientology. She takes her beliefs very seriously. Pete’s chatted a lot with her about it. He went out and bought some books to read up about it. He just wanted to find out more about Nadine and what she believes in.”
