As if enough wasn't going on in Khloe Kardashian's world right now, the reality TV star is now getting hit with a lawsuit springing from the massive fireworks display she put on for then-boyfriend James Harden's 26th birthday.
The thunderous show reportedly disturbed hundreds of Marina del Rey, CA residents into the wee hours of the morning, but no initial charges of disturbance were made. Now, a suit has been filed in small claims court by James Ferguson — a beach town resident who says the explosions created enough of raucous that "harmed our family and pet."

In August, Kris Jenner's 31-year-old daughter said that the show was completely legal, which was confirmed by law enforcement:
"I got all the permits. Someone couldn't release those fireworks if you didn't get [one]. The company's licenses would've been revoked, so of course I got everything I had to do to do so. No one would just take that risk."
No word on how exactly Ferguson's dog was affected by the fireworks, but it must be significant enough to sue for $7,500… right?
To be fair, that might not even be enough moola to shake Lamar Odom's wife.
What do U think, Perezcious readers?? Are there grounds to sue Khlo??
