Now that's what we call walking the walk instead of just talking the talk!

Pippa Middleton is so serious about charity that she's willing to race across 56 miles of frozen tundra to raise money for hungry youngsters!

She'll be competing alongside her brother, James, in the 2012 Vasaloppet cross country skiing race in Sweden this Sunday, which is not only one of the LONGEST events of its kind in the world, it's the OLDEST!

Following a tradition started in 1922, Pippa and James will be sliding across snow and ice to benefit Magic Breakfast, a children's charity with a mission to feed the UK's poor children.

In preparation for the exhausting journey, both siblings were spotted training for the event this past weekend at a Switzerland ski resort. Click here for pics!

The Duchess of Cambridge's athletic sister, Pippa Middleton, was out and about in London on Wednesday for a morning jog.

She recently came under fire for serving as "thinspiration" for women with eating disorders, but Pippa continually proves that regular exercise, not anorexia or bulimia, is responsible for that hot bod!

Keep it up, gurl! You look great!

If Kate and Pippa Middleton want to inspire their fans in anyway, we're sure this is NOT how they want to do it!

We love to write about these two for their dedication to a healthy lifestyle, but the Duchess of Cambridge and her athletic sister have been popping up on more than just fitness websites.

In fact, the siblings have become “thinspiration” on “pro-ana” and “pro-mia” websites. The DISTURBING websites promote anorexia and bulimia by "supporting" sufferers with tips and tricks for losing weight.

Ugh, so sad! We didn't even know these sites existed!

After looking at a few, we're actually sick to our stomach that there people out there trying to find "acceptance" for an EATING DISORDER instead of getting proper treatment!

These sites have been around for years with Victoria Beckham and Mary-Kate Olsen serving as "thinspiration" in the past, but critics seem to be more concerned with eating disorder sufferers idolizing an international Royal icon like Kate.

Jill M. Pollack, director of the Center for the Study of Anorexia and Bulimia, said:

Run, Pippa! Run!

One of the world's most famous British behinds was accented by a pair of tiny jogging shorts on Thursday when Pippa Middleton went for a run near her London.

Demonstrating perfect form, the Duchess of Cambridge's sister looked like no stranger to pavement as she got some quality cardio in for the day.

Wonder how far she ran? Last we heard, Pippa finished a 50-mile duathlon across Scotland! What ridiculous feat of physical endurance is she training for now?

Pippa Middleton and what we thought was her ex Alex Loudon were spotted getting cozy together at Wimbledon on Wednesday!

We can't help but wonder what's up, because usually when there is a break the ex-couple can't remain friends! So that begs to question whether or not they've decided to give it another shot!

Either way, they caught some good tennis! Ha!

50 miles!?!

We're impressed!

Pippa Middleton completed the 50-mile, coast-to-coast Highland Cross 2011 duathlon in Scotland on Saturday.

The challenge required the Duchess of Cambridge's sister to run 20 miles with her team, the Affric Brats, then pedal another 30 miles by bike!

That's no easy feat, yet Pippa made it look like just another walk in the park. We hear she completed it with ease and even crossed with the finish line with a smile on her face!

We'll add "running across entire countries" to her list of favorite physical fitness activities, which already includes pilates, tennis, hockey, swimming, and skiing.

Great job, Pippa! What other athletic endeavors will you surprise us with next? How about going for a swim across the Atlantic, then a nice cross-country jog to come visit us here in El Lay? LOLz!

Just kidding. Unless you want to, then we totally support you!

Pippa Middleton is the most adorable thing in the world right now!

The younger sister of Dutchess Catherine enjoyed watching a tennis match between Andy Roddick and Kevin Anderson at the AEGON Championships in London.

Her former college roommate joined her.
