Finally!!!!!!

The Weinstein Company has agreed to pay Bravo and parent company NBC an undisclosed sum to move Project Runway to Lifetime.

The following statement was JUST released about the resolution:

NBC Universal, The Weinstein Company and Lifetime have resolved their disputes. The Weinstein Company will pay NBCU for the right to move Project Runway to Lifetime. All of the parties are pleased with the outcome. Harvey Weinstein added, "I want to personally congratulate Jeff Zucker and NBCU on their success in the litigation and thank Jeff for resolving this in a professional manner. We look forward to working together on our ongoing projects."

No word on when the next season of Runway, which has already been shot, will premiere.

But, can we just say….

Yay!!!!!!!

Update: The new season will premiere some time this summer!

The mega-bitch we all loved to hate on last season's Project Runway, Kenley Collins has been arrested for assault and criminal possession of a weapon!

It gets better!

The claws came out when the venomous designer was arrested in her Brooklyn home on Tuesday morning after assaulting her sleeping ex-fiance with her cat!!!

We knew the bitch was crazy, but not that crazy!

According to court documents Collins told her ex-fiance, Zac Penley, "You're lucky … it could've been a lot worse," after lunging her kitty cat, laptop, apples and water at her slumbering former beau.

Kenley was promptly arrested and charged with 2nd degree assault, 3rd degree assault and criminal possession of a weapon in the 4th degree.

The Runway finalist's only words upon being released from jail on Tuesday morning?

"It was a miscommunication."

We highly doubt that!

Before being crowned Project Runway's first season champ, Jay McCarroll lived a crazy life!

All was revealed about his 'real' job before the show in a new interview with Out magazine.

Jay saw some wacked out stuff as a manager at porn website!

Be warned, some of the stuff in the interview excerpt below may make you squirm.

Out: I read somewhere that right before Project Runway you were designing
web pages for adult websites. Is that true?

JM: No, I wasn't designing web pages, I was working at a live sex website where girls masturbated on the internet for six dollars a minute. And, I was just like a manager and I trained them and I would take them to casting couch areas where I made them get naked and took Polaroid pictures of them. And then I would teach them how to masturbate and we'd order food and then I would teach them how to like clean their stations and chat to guys on the computer while masturbating.

Out: Wow.

JM: It was funny. I did it for two years and there was a girl there who hid a pregnancy on camera, naked, for eight months and then she sold her baby on the black market. And then there was the other two girls who beat the shit out of each other with snow shovels, and then there was the girl who got run over by a truck, and then there was the girl who overdosed and passed out on camera and she started puking and having a seizure when she had a fucking dildo in her butt. And, yeah, it was hilarious.

It was hilarious?!

Not the word we would choose!

According to reports, those awesome things were made out of paper.

Even though Project Runway is still mired in major legal dramz, the filming of season six goes on!

According to reports, the production team is moving forward as scheduled.

Tim Gunn revealed yesterday that Runway is scheduled to film at the upcoming Fashion Week in NYC on Friday, February 20.

Tim says, "I'm making my home visits to the finalists starting on Sunday. It's an incredible season. It really is. And I just want people to see it. And I want the designers on the show to get the exposure."

We hope all the dramz is settled soon!!!!

In a recent interview, Project Runway mentor, Tim Gunn, expressed concern about the sixth season of the show. Gunn fears that it won't air because of the continued legal wrangling between the show 'owners', the Weinsteins, Bravo and Lifetime.

Gunn says, "We have this horrible, nasty court case. We have an angry Bravo/NBC. We have an angry Lifetime. We have, I'm sure, an angry Weinstein Company. We have Heidi and I despondent about the whole thing. We worry that season six will never be seen by anyone."

The sixth season has already been shot - in Los Angeles.

It sucks that Tim, Heidi and show fans have to get caught up in corporate greediness!

The saga continues!

Now it's the Weinsteins doing the legal filing!

Last month, a judge ruled in favor of Bravo and blocked Lifetime from airing any new episodes of Project Runway until some legal stuff was figured out.

Then, not to be out done, on Friday, the Weinsteins hit Bravo with a lawsuit that basically claimed that the channel did stuff to hurt the show's brand and value, reports The Hollywood Reporter.

Some of the shady things that Bravo supposedly did include, 'running a small number of ads, creating mundane and unappealing ads, providing little information for the press about the season premiere, and revealing spoilers about future episodes.'

The Weinsteins also say that when Bravo 'began to suspect that the show might move to a rival network, it created "copycat shows" based on the "Runway" format.'

By the time the courts sort through all the issues we may not even care about the show anymore!
