Are Katy Perry and Frank Ocean becoming fast friends after being spotted engaging in full goss on Saturday night at a West Hollywood hotspot??
Survey says: YES!
Remember, the Channel Orange rapper and Miz Perry DO have a connection outside of this outing—Frank collaborated with her ex-BF John Mayer on his Paradise Valley album and the "bros" appeared on SNL together!
But we're still so curious why he'd be meeting up with Katy after they've split!
She's been on a whirlwind Prismatic promo press tour, so maybe this meeting is business related…

Frank Ocean of course!
The 26-year-old singer wasn’t born with that stage-ready name. It’s actually Christopher Edwin Breaux!
But he’s shedding his old moniker and has filed to legally changed his name to Frank Ocean!
To do this, Frank has to put the news in an actual newspapers each week, for four weeks.
Doesn’t sound like too much work, especially for something this huge!
And we like the ring of the new name too! Good choice!
