You say she's an evicted former Miss America USA, she says she's fabulous.
But, unfortunately, Kenya Moore is still evicted.
At least from what we hear, it sounds like the Real Housewives of Atlanta star is not only not a wife but now she doesn't even have a house!
The reality TV diva has apparently officially been evicted after a judge sided with the owner of her rental house. We mentioned before that she had been given notice after being off $848 with her $3,999 monthly payment and hadn't been cooperating with the terms of her contract.
But don't worry, Kenya should have time to pack up all her fabulous twirling gowns because she's lucked out with getting a little extra time to pack up. An insider revealed:

Kyle Richards and her two daughters Alexia and Portia went out to do some birthday shopping, and they were looking fabulous!
The only worrisome part for us is that Portia was walking a dog that was nearly two times her size!
She must be quite a strong young lady despite her munchkin size!
While her daughter held on for dear life - the Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills star was busy shopping for items to make her daughter's birthday the most special day ever!!!
We love how direct Kyle was with her shopping, too.
She went in, out, and wasted no time at all picking out all of the fabulous presents and party favors for her lucky daughter!
This woman knows how to shop!!!

Kim Kardashian’s friend Larsa Pippen was in El Lay planning to spend time with her pregnant friend, when out popped a baby!

RHONJ star Jacqueline Laurita has been facing foreclosure on her home ever since she missed a mortgage payment with a contract that allowed the bank to then demand the house's full payment.
Hudson City Savings reportedly sued to foreclose on her home, and while we're sure one of her castmates would've let her move into their mini mansion, she won't have to!
Jacqueline has apparently put her Housewives negotiating skillz to good use and struck a deal with the bank outside of court. And the case has been dismissed.
We're sure those ladiez are always happy to have one less mess on their plate!

After revealing a slightly rocky path during the current season of Real Housewives of Orange County, it seems everything has been smoothed over as Tamra Barney's wedding with Eddie Judge went off without a hitch!
