Reese Witherspoon and hubby Jim Toth were filmed together arriving at LAX, but the real star of the show was Tennessee!

All of this was of course after the incident, but just because Tennessee's parents were being bad, doesn't mean we can't admire their adorable baby.

After all - Tennessee had nothing to do with all that!

We bet Reese is happy to be back with her family, but it will take a while for her to repair her image as America's Sweetheart.

But one way she can help heal her image is by showing as much of her baby as possible!

Glad to see that there were no hard feelings, after all!

In spite of she and Jim Toth's recent, very well-documented arrest in Atlanta, Reese Witherspoon is handling the scandal with a helluva lot of dignity and grace, and was spotted continuing to do just that when she arrived in LAX yesterday with her husband and son Tennessee…and some very unexpected headgear!

Yup! Even though the actress showed the Atlanta Police a very, ahem, 'colorful' side of herself when she protested her husband's DUI by announcing that she was a pregnant "proud American" and ended up booked for disorderly conduct, she has apparently changed her tune…as she was spotted sporting the department's logo on the hat she wore in the airport!

The Georgia police may not be aware of who exactly is leaking all of the dash cam footage from Reese Witherspoon and Jim Toth's recent arrests - his for DUI, hers for disorderly conduct - but either way, MORE and MORE video just keeps on coming from the pair's wild night!

And this time around, it's clear that the actress' CAA agent hubby was NOT happy with his wife's "proud, American" mouth that refused to cooperate…and ended up handcuffed herself!

After spitting out the now-iconic "this will be on national news" line, Reese is heard arguing with the arresting officer, and then later, in the back of the patrol car, getting scolded BIG-TIME by Toth for making an already-bad decision worse with her attitude!

However, gurlfriend may be too tipsy or too furious to listen to reason, and pretty much has a smart-alec remark for everything he says…even if it's not always lucid!

Seriously! This is one you guys HAVE to watch!

Ruh-roh, looks like we’ve got a mystery fit for Scooby Doo Elle Woods!

Reese Witherspoon faced a whole lotta humiliation when the footage of her Atlanta arrest was leaked, but the police don’t want her pointing a finger at them.

The Georgia State Patrol has already released a comment that they had nothing to do with the leak.

Spokesperson Gordy Wright reported no one in the agency had any involvement as an official video release was going to be made soon.

The only copy that HAS been made was for the prosecutor.

So, are we now pointing fingers at the prosecutor?

Someone HAD to release the video, right? We mean, videos don’t just release themselves!

All this investigating has us hungry for a Scooby snack.

Holy handcuffs!! You really can't get away with ANYTHING in these modern days of constant, digital observation!

And even though we bet the Hollywood lovers hoped the dramz would be OVER once the (guilty) judgement had been made, it seems there are a couple more juicy scandal nugget for y'all to munch upon.

Like… dash cam videos which depict the ENTIRE boozy incident!!

And even though Reese isn't as belligerent as we initially were led to believe, she does make some pretty outrageous claims — like being PREGNANT — to try and divert attention away from her already cuffed husbad.

A tactic that actually kind of worked, if you think about it!

It's judgement day for Reese Witherspoon and her hubby Jim Toth…

And unsurprisingly, Jim pled guilty to charges of DUI while Reese pled no contest for her disorderly conduct.

The Cruel Intentions star was recently VERY candid during an interview on Good Morning America about what went down the night of the now infamous arrest where Reese drunkenly yelled at a police officer, so it makes sense that the pair would fess up to their crimes.

Reese — who was NOT in court today — will only have to pay a $213 fine for her verbal diarrhea, while her husband has been ordered to undergo 40 hours of community service. He also has to attend an alcohol education program, and has been put on probation for 12 months.

Very, VERY lucky ducks indeed!

You know, especially since they didn't hurt anyone during their ill-planned adventure!
