That's probably a good thing!!

The 84-year-old woman who hit Reese Witherspoon with her car says she feels "awful" about what happened and hasn't driven since.

Although, guess what, she's not taking 100% blame for the situation. Um, excuse us??

The woman says that the intersection where the accident occurred is dangerous because there's a large tree that blocks the driver's sight.

She may have a point, however, not seeing a pedestrian jogging is kind of a big deal.

She's set to return to the DMV where she'll be required to retake her driving test and is due in court on October 7.

Oh man, lady. We wish you all the luck in passing that test because we have a strong feeling you shouldn't be on the road.

She's got a good heart.

Sources reveal that while Reese Witherspoon is still recouping from being struck by a car earlier this week, she has decided not to press charges against the 84-year-old driver who struck her.

The woman obviously should be held accountable for what she did, but seeing as Reese will be making a full recovery, there's not sense making the situation more stressful with a lawsuit. The woman wasn't drunk and she didn't hit Reese maliciously. So, for all intents and purposes, we think Reese is making the right decision to just let the woman be.

Sounds like a fair penalty to us!

Earlier this week, poor Reese Witherspoon was hit by a car while jogging around her neighborhood. The driver, an 84-year old woman was cited by the police at the scene, and is now being forced to retake her driver's test.

Within the next 30 days, by order of the Santa Monica police department, the woman must complete a full re-examination as well as take an eye exam and provide official with a list of all the medication she's taking.

Hope she's an early bird. She's gonna be standing in a lot of lines!!!

Wonder what Taylor Swift and Reese Witherspoon would have to say about THIS pair!

It's just speculation at this point, but Jake Gyllenhaal and Rashida Jones WERE spotted grabbing lunch together at Cafe Gratitude in El Lay yesterday.

After their meal, the two enjoyed each others' company, and seemed to have a wonderful time joking around with one another!

Not only that, but Rashida showed some love to Jake's puppy Atticus, who patiently waited while the two had lunch together.

Is that what happened, Jake? You won over Ms. Jones with your dog? Sneaky, sneaky!

"They talked about how vain and self-aborbed Jake can be. They laughed about it."
