Jamie Foxx is a regular ole hero!
A day later, the Ray actor took to Instagram to show the only reward (above) needed for his good deed — a hug from the victim Brett Kyle's father. Aww!
Jon Stewart is going to have a little more free time on his hands now that he has left The Daily Show, and he's going to spend it for the greater good.
It's been reported that the longtime anchor and his wife Tracy McShane are planning on opening an animal farm for rescues!
The couple recently bought a farm in New Jersey to provide a home for farm animals rescued from cruelty, and are joining forces with the Farm Sanctuary!
The 52-year-old and his wife already have quite the startup. Along with their two children, the family owns four dogs, two pigs, two hamsters, three rabbits, two guinea pigs, one parrot, and two fish — all are rescues!
McShane says that promising her children animal shelter visits in exchange for completed homework is "the norm in the Stewart household." She continues to explain how animal interaction positively affects her children:
A mother got the best Christmas gift of all when her son was returned to her after he was missing for four years!
Gregory Jean Jr., 13, was sent by his mom, Lisa Smith, to visit his father in Georgia one day… and never returned home.
His father, Gregory Jean Sr., and stepmother, Samantha Davis, are now facing charges of false imprisonment and child cruelty for keeping the boy hidden for so long!
Neighbors would apparently sometimes see Gregory Jr. doing yard work and weren't sure if he even attended school. His mother alleged he was basically living as a slave! That's so horrible!
Thankfully, he was one smart boy and when given a cellphone with only a WIFI connection, he found an unsecured network and Facebook friend requested
