Livin' in a material world ’cause she's a material girl!

That's right, Rita Ora is rolling in the dough now that she's landed a $750,000+ deal to be the face of Madonna's Material Girl line.

And it's all thanks to Madge's daughter Lola, who is the inspiration behind the label.

A source says:

Hopefully, Rita Ora won't mind TOO much. LOLz!

As you may already know, Rihanna and that model who likes storing bags of white powder in her purse, Cara Delevingne, are VERY close.

So close, in fact, that RiRi inspired the Burberry model to lose her tattoo virginity!

The 20-year-old got a rather serene-looking lion tattooed on her finger (above), and RiRi was there to witness it.

She wrote on Instagram:

It was a Chanel kinda night, wasn't it?

Rita Ora continued to show off her walking skills on Thursday, this time back on her home turf in London.

The freshly tattooed songbird was seen leaving the Groucho Club looking mod and chic in a black stretch FAY mini dress and Kate Spade printed coat.

Rita also dusted off her new favorite Chanel knee-high boots and red lego clutch for her late night outing.

Hey, if we had a pair of ridiculously expensive boots and equally expensive designer clutch, we'd use them all the time too!

Riccardo Tisci wasn't the only one getting lucky after the Met Gala!

Rita Ora was spotted in Barneys on Tuesday afternoon wearing the same Thakoon gown that she wore the night before.

According to a spy witness:

"She was in the elevator, wearing sunglasses, with some guy. She was trying to hide and getting annoyed that the elevator doors kept opening."

Oooh! Naughty girl!

She must have lost the pajamas she wore to the after party because that would have been more comfortable, right?!

No word on who the mystery man was, but Rita has been linked to Calvin Harris recently.

You didn't think these two were just gonna go home after the Met Gala, did you?

Rita Ora and Cara Delevingne tossed their Met Ball gowns aside and put on some pajama-looking outfits for the after party on Monday night, or should we say Tuesday morning? Ha!

The two dodged fans and autograph hounds as they made a fashionable entrance at an unnamed NYC club.

Rita wore a black silk Emilio Pucci jumpsuit with gold embroidery, Casadei heels, her fave Chanel lego clutch, and Versace sunnies.

Meanwhile, her supermodel wifey looked seksi in a sheer navy bra peeking out from under a lace navy pantsuit and a backwards baseball cap a la Rihanna on her head.

As far as we know, there were no powder-filled baggies flying out of her studded purse — and thank goodness for that! LOLz!

We weren't sure the Met Gala would be ready for Rita Ora!

But the rebellious darling played it surprisingly safe in this white Thakoon gown.

Luckily she kept it a little inneresting with sexy slits up her legs and another showing off her toned tummy.

We expected a major punk move from Rita, and even though she fell a little short, she looks totes beautiful with a red lip and gold accessories.

A few more slits would've been the perfect punk touch!

We're blinded!

Rita Ora was a very bright shade of white as she stepped out of a moving vehicle in Notting Hill on Thursday.

To her credit, her double-layered tees, blazer, and skinnies did not have a single spot on them. J.Lo should ask her how she manages that! LOLz!

And though her hair looked slightly better than at the British Designers' Collective earlier in the day, we're getting pretty bored with Miz Ora's penchant for the head-to-toe white look.

At least her Marni sunglasses and Keith Haring for Reebok sneakers provided some variety.

But her shopping bags have us worried. Will Unkle Karl be okay with her dropping so much cash at Prada instead of Chanel!?

Tread carefully, Rita.
