And now, more news about this divorce is coming to light from both camps.
Brad, apparently, was especially upset about

Rita Ora can't be bothered with all that Becky dramz!
As we faithfully continue our search for the mistress Beyoncé refers to in her song Sorry, the 25-year-old singer would like to reiterate the fact that she most definitely did NOT interfere with Jay Z's marriage.
And quite frankly, Rita thinks it's pretty "rude" you'd even assume so! Snaps!
In a new interview with Vanity Fair, the Body On Me songstress stressed:
2016 has been a horrible year for anyone named Becky!
After Beyoncé dropped her epic visual album Lemonade in April, all anyone could talk about was the "Becky with the good hair" lyric from the song Sorry.
Recently, one of the song's writers — Diana Gordon — gave an interview to Entertainment Weekly where she dishes about the infamous line.
How did she react to the controversy??
The musician said:
What an exciting time for Rita Ora!
On Thursday, Tyra Banks revealed that Rita will be the next host of America's Next Top Model. The beauty made the announcement via USA Today following months of rumors that the singer would take her place.
Speaking on the new direction of the show Ora is set to materialize, Banks explained:
"It's no longer just about having the highest cheekbones and best pout and the best hair. My goal is to really get into these girls' heads that I'm not looking for some successful model and I'm not looking for some social-media star. I'm looking for both. I'm looking for a hybrid, because that's where the world is."
As for R.O., she believes she's more than capable of embodying the new spirit of the show:
"The approach I wanted to have as a host and judge to the girls is what my career stands for at this moment in time, which is being a businesswoman and being able to do multiple things at the same time, whether it's music or shooting (magazine covers) and being in movies and designing clothes."
Well, you can't deny the 25-year-old IS a triple threat. We can see this one working out!
As for where they are in shooting the season, Ora confessed:
"I actually just finished my first elimination. I can't go into detail, but it was definitely an emotional one."
Ohhh, drama already! Nice.
But wait, that's not all! Paper magazine chief creative officer Drew Elliott, stylist Law Roach and model Ashley Graham will also join the judge's panel this season.
So, what do YOU think of Tyra's picks?

But it looks like the songstress is focusing on her TV hosting career instead, because she reportedly signed up to be the next host of America's Next Top Model!
Banks announced that though she is staying on as an executive producer, she would be passing the torch as host for the revamped 14-episode order.
And according to The Sun, Ora already struck a deal to be the new host! A source said:
Rita Ora may be pushing herself too hard.
On Wednesday, the Body On Me singer was having a productive work day as she posed for a sexy photo shoot in London until she was overcome with exhaustion and was forced to take a trip to the hospital. Oh no!
The blonde beauty even took to Instagram to update her 9.6 million followers on her health as she wrote:
"Today was pretty tough but I'm getting through it thank you to all of you for the support! I love you!! #exhaustionisreal"
Miz Ora also took to Snapchat to show off the drip attached to her arm (below).
On Thursday, it was reported that the Scottish DJ and his former flame Rita Ora are once again following each other (below) on the picture sharing site two years after their VERY public split. Well, well!
Of course, this update comes right after the record producer boldly unfollowed Taylor and her brother Austin on social media as news of the blonde beauty's relationship with Tom Hiddleston broke. Although, Calvin didn't wait too long before following the pop princess' online antics again.
So this makes us wonder, is Calvin just trying to
Last year, the British beauty filed a lawsuit against the music mogul's entertainment company Roc Nation, because the label hadn't been releasing her music.
In fact, she said that she only put out one album since she was signed in 2008!
And while Roc filed a countersuit against the singer-slash-actress — alleging that they've "tirelessly promoted" the 25-year-old's career — it appears as though all this drama is officially donezo.
A new document filed on the New York Supreme Court's website seems to show that Miz Ora and Jay have settled their suits out of court, and the gorgeous gal is apparently free to lock down a different deal.
In fact, the blonde may already be doing just that!
Over the weekend, the performer shared a censored Snapchat that featured some papers covered up with giant flower filters, and captioned the shot:
