Ellen Pearson, the former Mrs. Robert Kardashian, thinks the lawsuit filed against her by her ex-stepkids, the Kardashians, is complete bull***t!
Last month, Kim, Khloe, Kourtney and Rob took action against their father's widow after news broke that she was not only in possession of Robert’s personal diary, but that she was also selling it and its juicy Kardashian details to the tabloids.
But Ellen is claiming that the lawsuit isn’t merited as she believes the diary was left to her. She has asked the overseeing judge to dismiss the case.
We don’t like the sound of this. It’s downright exploitation, and just plain dirty. Kardashian klan, we hope it all ends in your favor!

Well there is ONE thing Rob is guilty of… having an adorable grin LOLz!
Last month, Rob Kardashian was sued by a paparazzo who claimed he physically attacked her and stole a memory card from her camera when she was attempting to snap pictures of him from outside the Beverly Hills gym where he was working out…
But Robbie Rob showed up in court today and alleged he is NOT guilty of the battery/theft charges being brought against him!
Luckily for the Kardashian, the judge is allowing him to remain free of his own recognizance even though the prosecution wished otherwise.
The fate of Rob will begin to be determined at a pre trial scheduled for May 29.
Oh man, we wonder if Rob will actually spend time behind bars if he is found guilty?
Naaahh… he just needs to hire Lindsay Lohan's representation if it comes to that!

Obviously, he didn’t appreciate that and asked her to delete the embarrassing photos from her camera, but when she didn’t he got a little physical with her and STOLE her memory card!

Even though the pap, Andra Vaik, supposedly crept into a private West Hollywood gym parking lot to get that embarrassing money shot, Rob is STILL liable because he stole her meal ticket (aka her camera's memory card).

Rob Kardashian's Arthur George sock line, which you may vaguely remember, is reportedly not doing too well.
The patterned socks, which are sold exclusively at Neiman Marcus department stores and go for $30 a pair, are in danger of being dropped by the retailer if sales don't improve.
A source from the Neiman Marcus store in Beverly Hills said:
First of all, you should probably get new 'friends,' Rob Kardashian. This is first and foremost offensive to Chaz, who is NOT someone bad to be compared to AT ALL!
