Author Bret Easton Ellis has written a sequel to his 1985 drug-addled novel turned into a cult film, Less Than Zero!

The sequel is due out next May under the title Imperial Bedrooms and will visit the characters from the original story in their present-day lives.

Could the second novel mean a sequel to the film version of Less Than Zero, which starred a young Robert Downey Jr.??

"The cast is still around, so it would be really funny to see [them film a sequel]," Ellis told reporters this week. "[The film] can be either a stunt and seem really gimmicky, or it could work out. But I think it would be of interest."

Our fingers are crossed!!

As we mentioned a couple of months ago, production for Iron Man 2 was set to begin this month.

And, luckily, it seems the movie is right on schedule.

On Monday, Robert Downey, Jr.and Gwyneth Paltrow were spotted working on the flick in El Lay.

Gwyneth was seen being driven to the set. And RDJ was spotted outside his trailer sporting a yummy, cancer-inducing cigar.

Oh, and he also took his Iron Man lunchbox to work with him.

Wonder what type of goodies he's got in there?

With production on Iron Man 2 slated to begin in April, the studio has remained tight-lipped on the film's casting besides headliners Robert Downey Jr., Gwyneth Paltrow, and Don Cheadle.

Although rumor has it that they will be joined by the likes of Sam Rockwell as Justin Hammer, Mickey Rourke as either Crimson Dynamo or Whiplash, and Scarlett Johansson as Black Widow.

Directed by Jon Favreau and eyeing a May 2010 release, the film will feature a scene where Iron Man yaks into a toilet.

It was probably Gwynnie's GOOPy cooking.

Talk about putting a spin to a classic tale!

In Guy Ritchie's upcoming Sherlock Holmes flick, the super sleuth is quite the….metrosexual!

According to reports, Sherlock is seen sharing a bed with dear Dr. Watson. They're also shown doin' some down home 'man-to-man' wrestling!

As y'all know, Robert Downey Jr. plays the famous detective. He had this to say about his gaytastic role, "We’re two men (Holmes and Watson) who happen to be room-mates, wrestle a lot and share a bed. It’s badass.”

Jude Law plays Dr. Watson in Ritchie's movie.

We can't wait to see RDJ and Jude get it on!
