Uh… oops?!

Delta Airlines customers watching Carol during their flights this summer ought to note the version they see is NOT the full version of the Oscar nominated film!

In fact, it seems some REALLY critical scenes are missing!

The film, based on Patricia Highsmith's novel The Price Of Salt, stars Cate Blanchett and Rooney Mara as two women in the 1950s who have a love affair neither of them expected.

It's a classy, understated, moving portrayal of passion in a time of repression — and yet the Delta Airlines version set for its in-flight TV screens has omitted all — literally ALL — love scenes!

That means not even a single scene where the two women KISS!!! How is that even possible?!?!

The controversy first came to light when comedian Cameron Esposito noticed it during her recent Delta flight, and tweeted about it on Wednesday (below):

Oscars 2016: The Top 10 Best Dressed Celebs

Oscars 2016: See the top 10 best looks to hit the red carpet.

Now this is what we love to see!!

Rooney Mara and Priyanka Chopra were absolutely without flaws at Sunday night's Oscars in Los Angeles!!

Both actresses gave us so much to live for with their slightly see-through gowns and beautiful red pouts for the red carpet. SO gorge!

While not everyone pulled off being able to look sexy and sophisticated (ahem, we're looking at the worst dressed list), there were a whole handful who did.

These men and women went home winners regardless of what awards were given out on stage…

Many celebrities have already spoken out on the #OscarsSoWhite controversy.

And even though Rooney Mara has "a lot to say" about the lack of minority representation in Hollywood, she doesn't want her opinions to be reduced "to a sound bite."
