This is what a no f*cks given outfit looks like, in case anyone was wondering!

Rose McGowan went out for a stroll in West Hollywood on Thursday dressed in a fascinating fashion concoction that can only make sense in her own mind.

In addition to her favorite white jeans and speckled Nike sneakers, the actress donned an Emma Cook for Topshop owl-print sweater that once again proves it's never a good idea to have eyes on your chest.

But, wait, there's more!

She also made sure she'd remain dry in case of a torrential downpour this monsoon season by throwing on a clear plastic raincoat.

The whole ensemble is just so confusing, we don't even know where to start!

Rose McGowan found the ultimate way to combine chic and seksi!

The actress made her way over to the Sunset Tower Hotel on Thursday night for the Hollywood Domino pre-Oscar Gala and Tournament, powered by CÎROC, and she looked like a modern silver screen siren!

Miz McGowan donned a curve-hugging dress that featured sparkly slits throughout, which were held together by mesh.

Fishnet stockings, black platform heels and a silver clutch completed her ensemble.

Her platinum hair and bright pink lip were the perfect finishing touches too.

After rocking the brunette look for a while, Rose McGowan has decided to go back to her blonde roots.

Taking a cue from her 1994 Scream co-star Drew Barrymore, Rose not only went lighter, but she also cut her locks into a short blunt bob after seen leaving Salon Benjamin in Beverly Hills.

The style looks great on her! And she knows it too - look at that smirk on her face!

Armani Exchange hosted the VIPest of guests at Madonna’s concert in downtown El Lay on Wednesday night.

Celebs like Neil Patrick Harris, Emma Roberts, Ashley Madekwe and Shay Mitchell donned their favorite A|X apparel and enjoyed the show from Hyde Lounge inside the Staples Center.

Other stars who danced around in the Lounge included Sophia Bush, Darren Criss, Rose McGowan and Brad Goreski!

When the stage wasn’t rocking, DJs Harley Viera Newton and Lindsay Luv kept the party going for the VIPs.

So faboosh!

Not that Rose McGowan looks fat, but then again, she's a celebrity and not a real person…

So, just when we thought it was safe to wear horizontal stripes, a new study shows that despite what fashion experts have said over the past few years, the look actually DOES make you look fat.

After several experiments showing 2D line drawings of women with the same exact proportions wearing both horizontal and vertical stripes, it appeared that women looked thinner wearing horizontal…. in 2D!

However, when it comes to 3D, findings proved that vertical stripes make women look taller and leaner while horizontal makes them appear wider.

So sad!!

The one good thing to come out of the study though was that it was proven by fashion students that wearing black still makes you the absolute slimmest so at least we've still got that….

What a beautiful pair these two make!

Dita Von Teese and Rose McGowan attended the Schiaparelli and Prada: Impossible Conversations in Beverly Hills on Tuesday night.

As per usual, the gorgeous burlesque star was on point in a Herve L. Leroux gown with sheer back and Christian Louboutin shoes! Dita added some Chanel earrings and a Louboutin clutch to complete her look.

Keeping with the black theme, Rose donned a Prada dress with all the bells and whistles: fancy shoulder pads, fringe, sheer, beads. Yikes!

There's just too much going on! We do like how she pulled her hair back into a sexy pony though.

Well, sort of. At least half of the dress is in the peach family. Actually, her gown is kind of a perfect metaphor for her:

Bright and charming with an undertone of darkness! You never quite know what Rose McGowan will do!

Last night at Elton John AIDS Foundation's Oscar Viewing Party, Rose was McGownin' in a fetch Paule Ka gown and Sergio Rossi heels. She topped things off with some exquisite David Webb jewels and an Edie Parker clutch.

Was her outfit the talk of the night? No, we'd say not. We'd say its just your run-of-the-mill party gown. Nothing to write home about. Still, it fits her perfectly. Something to be said about that!
