Sigh. We're guess we're just gonna have to get over the fact that Eva Mendes is all over our boyfriend! Ugh, he could have at least told us… LOL!

After considering many candidates including the members of SEAL TEAM 6, Melissa McCarthy, Julian Assange, and Zach Galifianakis, Time Magazine decided that Ryan Gosling was the coolest person of 2011!

Wow! So many new faces! What a twist having so many new faces intermingled with the old!

Then again, we are really pissed about one thing…

The nominations for this years Golden Globes were just announced and the nominees are a star-studded array of the most talent folks in television and film. In the television category, a lot of new shows and their stars got recognition, including American Horror Story, Enlightened, Madeleine Stowe from Revenge and even Zooey Deschanel from New Girl.

In the movie category, the usual suspects are up for awards: George Clooney, Brad Pitt, Michelle Williams, Meryl Streep and more, along with the powerful or funny movies they starred in. You know what didn't get any nominations though? That last Harry Potter! Are ya kidding us? C'mon! It was the movie franchise of a generation! It's the biggest grossing film of the year! How could ya'll just ignore that?! Not cool!!!

Most people know Ryan Gosling best as that hunky, swoon worthy guy in The Notebook. (Ladies! Don't act like it isn't the truth!)

But according to Ryan, the only reason he go that role to begin was because of his utter lack of sex appeal.

Ryan explained to British magazine Company that when he was first up for the role opposite Rachel McAdams, director Nick Cassavetes liked him because he thought Ryan "lacked conventional sex appeal."

Uh, yeah! He has an over abundance of it, DUH!

Regardless of what we say, seems Ryan is under the impression that it was his stunnilgy awful looks that got him the part that made his career. He explains:

Is it just us, or was this the year of the family film? The Muppets! Hugo! Gnomeo & Juliet! There were SO MANY great ones!!!!!!

….There were also a lot of seksi excellent Ryan Gosling films too! LOLz!

Temperatures are starting to feel a lot like Christmas, but after seeing these new shots of Ryan Gosling on the set of his new movie The Gangster Squad, we're SWEATING!!!

The hunky star was in Santa Monica yesterday, filming a scene for the flick and looking downright scorching while doing so.

It's the hat really. It's give his sexy gaze just a little more hmph and Mmm!!!
