Despite all odds, Ryan Phillippe and Abbie Cornish are still together.

The Australian actress accompanied him to the Xbox 360 Gears of War 2 party in Los Angeles on Tuesday night.

The pair met while Phillippe was still married to Reese Witherspoon and reportedly began their affair on the set of a film they both worked on, which nobody watched.

TV's Extra reports that the divorce between Reese Witherspoon and Ryan Phillippe was finalized on Thursday.  

That took a while!

New court papers revealed the "parties have settled all remaining issues in these proceedings."

Did the more successful Reese have to pay Ryan out?????

Ryan Phillippe is keeping his body tight!

The buff actor was spotted leaving the Gym on Nero in West Hollywood Tuesday, and he showed off some new ink. Not sure if it's for real or for a film.

At first glance it looked like a piece of a bald eagle, perhaps a nod to his soldier character in his new war drama Stop-Loss. However, upon closer inspection, the tat seems to be that of a phoenix rising from the ashes.

How deep!

Post-Reese, he is a new man.

Jake Gyllenhaal, Reese Witherspoon, and her two adorable kiddies were spotted at LAX this weekend.

The couple and crew were returning from a week-long trip to Mexico. Hope they had a nice Spring Break with the tots.

Ryan Phillipe's new movie, Stop-Loss, bombed at the box office in America this weekend.

Disastrously!

The film is on track to take in just a little over $4 million Friday through Sunday.

That must hurt!

The movie 21, on the other hand, did big business. That film, starring Kate Bosworth and Kevin Spacey, is expected to take in a surprising $22+ million.
