Remember when we told you Chris Brown faced complaints from his neighbors last week in Tarzana, California after he was allegedly doing doughnuts in the street and even lawns on his ATV? And then was later giving daughter Royalty and Tyga's son King Cairo a ride without helmets?
Well apparently the ATV antics have become such a neighborhood problem that the police are involved.
According to TMZ, a fellow resident filmed the R&B singer and his pals cruising through the residential area at high speeds — and the video has been turned into the LAPD. The outlet reports the footage will be sent over to the El Lay City Attorney for possible criminal prosecution for disturbing the peace.
Even though the video captured isn't super incriminating, it's enough to prove the 27-year-old was in fact driving an ATV on a public street which is illegal on it's own.
The site says C.B. thinks the neighbor is just mad because Breezy is "rich and black."
We'll keep you updated as more details become available.

Chris Brown likes to live dangerously… even with kids on his lap!
Last Wednesday, the R&B star faced complaints from his neighbors in Tarzana, California after loudly riding his ATV quad and doing doughnuts in the street.
But on Friday, the Kiss Kiss singer took it slower — because his daughter Royalty and Tyga's son King Cairo hitched a ride on the four wheeler!
This parental bonding time sounded like harmless fun until an image was posted to Snapchat showing that Brown did not have either of the two tots fully secured — but precariously perched on his lap as he had both bands on the handlebars.
Breezy appeared to be giving the kids a ride inside his compound in the El Lay suburb as he threw his daughter a second birthday party.
But the fact that none of the children were wearing safety helmets just makes the entire situation that much more alarming!
We wonder what Blac Chyna thinks about her 3-year-old son riding on an ATV with no helmet on?
It's apparent that Chris was just trying to make his daughter's day special, but safety should ALWAYS come first!

The characters in Game Of Thrones are faced with dangers lurking around every corner.
And sometimes, those elements pose real life perils to the cast and crew of HBO's fantasy series!
During the filming of the upcoming sixth season, the production team of the Emmy-winning series was faced with an unexpected challenge when there was a rockslide at the show's Castle Black set!
This location, which serves as the primary headquarters for the Night's Watch, is settled in Northern Ireland's Magheramorne Quarry — where a practical castle set lies at the bottom of a rock face.
This rock wall is dressed with "ice" and extended with visual effects to look like The Wall, which in the show defends the The Seven Kingdoms from the White Walkers who live in the far north:
