Lindsay Lohan may be safely "ensconced in the bosom" of the Betty Ford Center, where she'll (hopefully) be serving the remainder of her 90 day, court-ordered rehab sentence in lieu of jail for her latest probation violation with little to no drama, but that doesn't mean gurlfriend isn't still finding ways to make it into the news!

And believe us, this one is a DOOZY!

Last month, the actress sat down for an INTENSELY in-depth, no-holds-barred interview with Piers Morgan about her bad reputation, drug use, countless legal and personal problems, her, ahem, 'strained' relationship with father Michael Lohan, and even her time with Samantha Ronson!

Seriously! No stone goes left un-turned!

And even if we have a hard time believing that she's only done cocaine "four or five times," and shake our head sadly when she STILL maintains that she doesn't belong in rehab, can stop drinking whenever she wants, and would rather repent by working with children in other countries, we're glad to at least see that she's attempting to reflect on her life choices and went into this latest program with a positive attitude!

Even though Lindsay Lohan's hard-pAArtying, chaos-craving lifestyle will hopefully be coming to an end soon — as she's due to begin her court-ordered, 90-day rehab stint any day now — TheDirty.com founder and Couples Therapy star Nik Richie recently opened up about his firsthand experience with the troubled starlet four years ago, back when she was dating Samantha Ronson, in his new tell-all Sex, Lies & The Dirty!

And sadly, if we didn't already know it was back in 2009, we'd have no trouble assuming it happened over the weekend.

As Richie writes, he was invited along with the formerly very volatile couple to make a paid appearance at Miami's Mansion Nightclub on New Year's Eve of 2009.

While he may have gone in with the intention of causing drama between the lady lovers, Lindsay was apparently happy to do just that with the help of no one else, as he says she openly

Russell Simmons recently posted a letter to his website urging President Barack Obama to tweak his policies when it comes to throwing drug users behind bars, and he’s gotten PLENTY of support from some of Hollywood’s elite!

Some of the celebs who have signed the letter include Justin Bieber, Kim, Khloe, and Kourtney Kardashian, Russell Brand, Jon Hamm, Scarlett Johansson, Eva Longoria, Woody Harrelson, and MANY more!

The Def Jam co-founder and his band of all-star supporters say the biggest issue with the “war on drugs” is the amount of people being thrown in jail for nonviolent crimes such as drug use, and unless this number is reduced soon, our future looks pretty bleak:

Samantha Ronson's mother, Ann Dexter-Jones, recently said Lindsay Lohan was psychotic… and that really PISSED Michael Lohan off!

He revealed:

However, the DJ's own mother, socialite Ann Dexter-Jones, has recently come clean about why the end of her daughter's, ahem, 'complicated' relationship with the troubled starlet finally came about…and goes as far to say that she is 'psychotic!'

According to Dexter-Jones, it was during Samantha's gig as the DJ for the grand opening party of The Atlantis hotel in Dubai that she realized just how dangerous Lohan's behavior was!

She explains:
